Beautiful three bedroom terrace property near to Harrogate Conference Centre
Casa di famiglia vittoriana a metà terrazzo. Posizione fantastica per il centro congressi internazionale di Harrogate e la città di Harrogate. Splendida sala da pranzo con stufa a legna, cucina con lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Primo piano: bagno familiare con vasca grande e vasca da bagno con doccia. Ufficio con scrivania e stampante (wifi nella proprietà). Doppia camera matrimoniale con letto kingsize e showroom privato. Secondo piano: camera matrimoniale e camera singola. Esterno: piccolo giardino di ghiaia con tavolo e sedie, panca e casetta da giardino. Ottima selezione di negozi locali entro 2 minuti a piedi. Negozio di fiori, gastronomia, bar e locali di Sainsbury. A pochi passi dal centro di Harrogate e 7 minuti a piedi dal centro conferenze di Harrogate. Ottima selezione di ristoranti a 8 minuti a piedi, compresi e micro birreria.

The house has lots of space and is walking distance from the center of Harrogate. It's about 15-20 from the town centre, but it's close to some takeaways and delivery restaurants which serve as a nice contrast from the fancier places in the town center. It also made us feel more at home versus feeling like the tourists that we are and it was more convenient to driving to the Yorkshire Dales for some wonderful hikes. We had a few questions for Christine, the owner - she is incredibly friendly, and quick to respond.

This was our second stay at this property- it's lovely. There's plenty of room. The master bedroom is on the first floor and the other two bedrooms are on the second floor- ideal for teenagers who like their own space. The kitchen is well equipped. There's a separate dining room. The living room has a 2 seater sofa and the other chairs are less comfy - not a problem for us but if 4 people were watching TV together it might seem a bit crowded. There is a very small front garden and the street feels close but the blinds in the living room and curtains in the master bedroom are effective.
There is a Sainsbury's literally round the corner. It's about 15 mins easy walk into Harrogate.

Comfortable terrace home in a quiet neighborhood with a easy 20 min walk into downtown Harrogate. Sainsbury’s Local at the front of the street and coffee shop nearby were convenient for our stay. The small backyard sitting area was a nice addition.

We have have an excellent two night stay at this property - absolutely perfect in all aspects, can’t theogony one thing that wasn’t right - would totally recommend - our party was 5 adults.

Great property!
We stayed here on a trip to visit friends in the area. The house is lovely, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was great, very convenient to town and Skipton Road.
We would definitely stay here again when in town. We highly recommend the property.

Awesome Stay - Amazing Place
From start to finish this stay has been an absolute delight.
Christine is the most helpful person ever with a fabulous property that resembles a boutique hotel. The house is just stunning with all mod-cons and is such a lovely area of the town.
Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fantastic relaxing experience in the beautiful city of Harrogate.

Comfortable stay
A really pleasant place to stay.
The rooms are over 3 floors with 2 bedrooms on the top floor. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils.
There is on-street parking. There is a small supermarket 2 mins walk away, plus Chinese, Indian and Pizza take aways in easy wlaking distance. It's a relaxed 15 mins walk into Harrogate.
The communication from the owner was excellent.
