Location is great (5-10 min drive to Marine Parade/CBD) and easy to gain access into the Apt with key in the lockbox. We didn't meet the host but manage to self-serve with the instruction provided. One designated parking per Apt is available right behind (Once parked, it's easy to see the main entrance for Loft 1 & 2, Loft 3 uses another entrance). Happy with the lift so we don't need to do heavy lifting with our luggages. Place are clean and we got utensils we need for cooking. Washing machine/dryer also handy. Balcony (with privacy) really good to have. Air-con is extremely quiet which is superb since we need to close the windows to sleep in the end (due to vehicle traffic noise). Adequate bath towels provided for multiple nights stay. Having bathroom in each bedroom + another toilet.

There is no outdoor spa pool as shown in photo of the ads (that's probably in Loft 3 which is not the one we are being assigned) but there's bath with spa in one of the bedroom. It would be good to have facial tissue in the bathroom and 2-ply toilet paper (most are 1-ply). There are speed bumps on Bridge Street with occasional car traffic noise at night. There's a bar right opposite at Union Hotel so expect some noise as well with people singing/loud chatting outside especially during weekend nights. People working in the shops often smoke at the parking space right outside Apt entrance. Wine fridge doesn't seem to work. No one service the apt with stays over 3 nights. Rubbish was being taken out daily by ourselves.
