Perfect location. Room was tidy.

Over priced but that was probably due to a sports event being held in Napier at the same time

Location was great, with close proximity to cafes. Spacious enough for a family. Not many apartment hotels have two single beds in a separate room.

Can be a bit of noise from the corridor as it is an open atrium design. Price is up there but isn’t everything.

They where all good and friendly

The drinking glasses hadn’t been checked, and weren’t clean from the last guests. We had to wash them before using.

We stayed 3 nights and for our 3rd stay this year. On arrival our room was very clean, but the 2nd day when we got back to our room the cleaners had done a bit of a rush job. Sheet was just pulled up and it was still lumpy and rubbish hadn't been emptied, third day it was spotless as if we had just arrived. One side of bed had a pocket dip in it which was uncomfortable for my husband sleeping. The location is perfect for us, that is why we return, but next time I may consider somewhere else for value for money.

Being close to the ocean and the comfy bed - very clean

The room was pretty stock standard and the beach front view was mostly blocked by buildings so I don't think the price is fair if you are expecting a full beach front view
