La prima volta mai offerta su VRBO !! Convenientemente situato sul fiume Indiano tra Burt Lake e Mullett Lake, questa incantevole casa nuova è una di quelle da non perdere. Questa gemma si trova su un 125 'del canale navigabile interno! La spaziosa casa vanta splendidi armadi su misura e finestre in tutto il livello principale per vedere la bellezza di Up North. Beautiful home and location but was not told house was on market to be sold and had many new upgrades and renovations that were a surprise and inconveniance new appliances/ could not use oven because it needed to be cleaned to get rid of factory treatment resin water tasted odd/bought bottled water no rear deck awning at all for shade or rain even though it shows having one no jacuzzi tub as shown. However we enjoyed the surroundings lakes and river and communities and restuarants very nice people for the price it should have been better at the house or at least explained before hand of the changes

6 couples were very comfortable in this house. Great amenities and comfortable beds. Close to Mackinac Island and Petoskey area. The property manager was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this house!!

This house is great for a large group. It is stocked with anything and everything you could need. The ice machine was a great addition. The location is prime and allowed us to walk into town to several of the area hang outs. Thanks so much for the wonderful family memories.

Clean, well stocked, easy check in and out. Plenty of room for a large family. Owner is very responsive to any problems one may have. Close to I-75 so you hear the traffic noise. Would rent this home again.

House was very spacious. Nice area. Friendly neighbors. Needs to stocked better with more towels and t paper. Looks like no extra care given for spring. Windows need to be washec and landscaping needs tending. Picked wrong week for fishing. Nothing on Burt or Mullet Lake.

We stayed at this property for New Year's family ski/snowboard trip. The property was well suited for our group size with plenty of beds/rooms/bathrooms. The upstairs loft was a great place for the teens to sleep and hang out. First floor family room and kitchen area was main area to gather with ample room, including the 10 chairs at kitchen table, stools at kitchen bar and the couches/chairs in family room. Big kitchen that allowed us to assembly line make homemade pizzas for new years eve. Garage area was great space to store ski/snowboard gear and extra coolers. A little ways out for skiing/snowboarding Boyne Highlands/Nubs Nob (a tad over 30 mins) but still worked as good as expected and doable. Location appears great for warm weather activities. Overall great place and will be a contender for future trips.

A great place to stay and just relax, less than 30 minutes away from Mackinal city and the bridge. This place has everything you need in a home away from home. Job well done by the owner.

Perfect location and size for our family! One thing we loved was the size of the table as it fit everyone for family dinner and breakfast! Very quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the fire pit each night. Great communication with the owners as well! Highly recommend.

This was a great house. Plenty of room for a large group to spread out or hang out together. We spent lots of time on the deck. And the fire pit was nice. The house was clean and well stocked. The only down side is the noise from traffic on I 75.

The house was great for our family gathering. Plenty of room for us. The was well stocked. The kids enjoyed fishing. Campfire set up was nice for relaxing. Great access to water way - it was nice to park boats right in front of the house. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect Indian River gateway
Property is perfect for kids being able to fish off the dock and adults to grill out and watch boats float by on the river. It has a ton of space for large families.

We had a wonderful family and friends reunion at this house! The house is very spacious and had everything our large group needed. Fishing right from the backyard was a lot fun for the kids and adults, as well as grilling and using the firepit! The location of the house was great, a 30 minute drive and we were in Mackinaw City. Overall a very good experience!

This is our second year to Indian River with three families- I asked my family for input on this review and the kids said it was the best, epic, definitely come again. At one point the group was searching the house on Zillow daydreaming about buying it. This place is very clean, great layout for a big group and has everything you need plus plenty of room for boats.

Wonderful Property & Location
Plenty of room for our multi family vacation. More than enough room for our two boats. Perfect location on the river between Mullet & Burt Lakes. We’d definitely stay at this property again.

We had an excellent stay and would book this property again in a heartbeat. We loved all of the amenities and location this property has to offer. We had a large group and there was ample sleeping space and space in the house that we never felt crowded. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Lovely home!
We have stayed in several VRBO homes over the years and this is the nicest so far. Clean, roomy - perfect set up for large families trying to spend time together all while having the necessary "elbow" room to keep the peace. Perfect location and everyone involved was more than accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Great house for a large group. Very well stocked house, plenty of room and great location.
This was a great house for our group. Kitchen utilities are very sufficient, including the grill. Clean and enough space for everyone. A great location tucked away but not too far from main road. The owner is overly generous and has thought to provide more conveniences than necessary (dish washer soap, sugar, creamer, laundry soap, games, plenty of pots, silverware, knives, etc).
