Nice, quiet location. Well maintained facility with all needed amenities. Great for a family vacation. Close to town if you need a bit of hustle and bustle. Short distance to great sandy beaches. We rented a car and discovered all island which was a great plus.

Although well maintained, furniture and equipment a bit dated. All inclusive menu is repeatable. I would rather rate it as 3-stars hotel and not 4-stars.

Staff at property extremely rude. Not helpful in anyway lies about booking cars and activities to claim more money from people. Food only pork throughout stay no other option no dietary needs supported in any way. Constantly asking people to pay room charges before check out dates.

Older furniture and rooms, not friendly waiters, poor all inclusive

the hotel is very nice, Two floors buildings in a green quiet garden of fruit trees, flowers and ornamental shrubs. the location is nice if you rent a car and can drive to the beach, the water park, restaurants nearby etc. the breakfast is good, the selection of eggs, sausages and cheeses, vegetables, fruits, breads, yogurt and jams is ok, also its the same every morning, the coffee and chocolate milk machine is excellent, the juices are too sweet but you can mix the flavours. the swimming pool is good, the room was very fine, air conditioners were good, you can hang wet towels and swimsuits on the porch, the small kitchen and refrigerator were nice, convenience store in the hotel is helpful, the stuff was very good we didnt try the bar beside the pool but it seems that others enjoyed it. the island of cos is a very nice place with quiet beaches, nice harbour city, good places to eat, the old tree Hippocrates, the ancient fortress etc.

extra money for safe box in the room, which we didn't know before. breakfast is almost the same every morning - but its ok because the food is good

Good location, spacious rooms, very clean, good food, beach was very close and not overcrowded, very helpful and friendly staff at the reception.

That I had to pay for drinks (we had half-board) and it crereated problems. Some staff at the restaurant were very rude. They disappeared and when I left money for drinks on the table accused me in very rude manner for not paying.

The apartment was clean and we were right next to the pool. They made us sandwiches when we arrived as the check took so long we missed dinner but the sandwiches were good.

we booked two rooms and requested they be near each other but they couldn’t have been further apart. When we arrived to check in we were ignore for about 10 minutes before he acknowledged we were there and another gentleman had to take over for him. For a four star all inclusive was a bit shocked at the food limitations and all inclusive drink limitations.
