Breakfast was simple and enough. Taste was okay. Staff was very helpful and they had a positive attitude towards guests. The hotel and the rooms looked new and clean.

Nice clean room and lot to choose from in breakfast buffet. Really nice and helpful english speaking staff. Location is perfect, close to everything from beaches to nightlife.

We choose a room with seaview which cost more so we expected to have seaview. There was no seaview and I don't think seaview is possible from any first floor room, so this was disappointing. Tall trees are blocking what might have been a seaview back in the days. I don't get the logistics around the buffet. One to two persons block everything. Why not start with plates in one end to get a flow of people from right to left :)

The host was really nice and kind! The room was modern and comfortable. Perfect location. Very good price/quality ratio.

Such good service, great value and perfect location. Everyone in the staff was super kind and helpful, gave us nice recommendations of where to eat. Easy check in and check out. I would choose this place again if I am ever back in Kos.

Needed a 2nd room key couldn't get one. Needed flatter pillows.Too high and uncomfortable for me .But some people prefer that. Needed a net curtain because balcony window overlooked so had to keep curtain closed. These are minor things but would help. Still great room.

Very convenient location, just mins walk to the waterfront, supermarket, eateries and town. Short walk to the bus station and the ferry port. The bed is comfortable. Love the balcony with its small clothes drying rack. Buffet breakfast has a decent selection.

Nothing major that I can think of. Maybe a complimentary bottle of water on check in would be a nice touch.

blanket was a bit dirty and didn’t look very welcoming. not the most comfy hotel, feels bit cold like no personal touch .

Everywhere was freshly painted clean and relatively new. Had very comfy beds and excellent windows with fly screen, and upvc shutter windows. Great for sound and keeping out the light. Staff helpful.

The room was far too small to be called a twin room, there was no gap between the beds. Had to listen to my friend snore down my ear! Please don't open and leave the back door and the dining room door open in the mornings! I heard everyone come down the stairs and heard all the conversation in reception and the dining room. I was in room 10.. Not enough light in the bathroom..

Too location, super clean, in Kos downtown yet quite, hosts always available to help.

Good location a short distance from the harbour and Old Town. Very nice spacious room and bathroom. Family run accommodation. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Nothing. There was no view from our room, which we were aware of when we booked, however the second floor rooms have views.
