Central location, modern hotel, client oriented staff.

Reservation via booking.com didn’t work out as usual. Three days before arrival we got pretty annoying email that we should wire the whole amount in advance to Treebo reservation company. That sounded like a phishing attack, so we didn’t respond. Then they sent sms and whatsapp messages, that the reservation will be cancelled. And to make it even more stressful, they even started calling us. Always a different agent, not knowing what has been discussed with the previous one. At the end they really cancelled our reservation, which we found upon arrival to the hotel. Receptionist did not have any clue, just saw the cancellation and stated that the hotel is fully booked. Very stressful!!! Booking.com hotline gave us some support but most of the resolution was reached by my screaming around. After half an hour they found two rooms in their sister hotel not very far from this one. They also offered free breakfast so the theatre was over. Anyway, be careful if „Treebo“ agency is involved, they act on their own without the hotels and they ignore booking.com conditions.

The property was located at a posh place. Station and restraunts were close by.

The room was exceptionally small from what we expected or saw in the photographs. We could barely accommodate our luggage. The bedsheets were torn and had bubblings. The cupboard doors were broken

Excellent location in the center of the city and close to railways station and bus stand. The rooms are clean and good. In house breakfast is good. We can also order lunch and dinner from the menu. Food was good.
