Rooms are quite spacious and well maintained! Maybe even better than many of the 5 star hotels i have stayed in. Friendly staff and excellent location. The jute sandal/slipper thing provided as complimentary was quite an excellent touch!

Had requested for early checkin which was also confirmed. But when i reached the room, it was not ready and i was asked to wait till the actual check-in time. But they did offer to upgrade me to an available suite room when i mentioned my displeasure. So kudos on customer centricity but could have planned better. But it was a busy time so it's kind of understandable! Also, maybe a few more water bottles should be provided as complimentary especially considering the weather at TVM. Not sure if it would have been provided free of cost if i had asked for it. Adding this since i saw bottled water being price tagged within the room service menu.

Location considering purpose of visit, room size and ambience, staff especially Sneha and David. Though it is very close to NH66, sound proofing is good. We enjoyed the stay.

Food was not tasty also few choices. Non functional shower was painful need better maintenance

Breakfas was good. Only the idli was nat so good. It should be more soft

Apart from the air conditioner there should also be a table or standing fan
