I stayed in King Suite. Room was good, comfortable and well maintained. In the bed room, TV. malayalam channels (checked only malayalam channels) were not there as it had to be recharged. Called and informed the reception in the morning before leaving the room,. When I checked in the evening after coming back to the room i could find only few free channels were functioniing. Called and informed the reception, Immediately they had sent the technician/staff to check it and finally the setup box in the bedroom was replaced with the setup box in the living room and solved the problem for the time being.. Request you to kindly do the needful atleast for future customers., Breakfast was included in my room booking. Buffet Breakfast was good. Staffs were polite. It will be useful, if you could provide laundry bags in the room.

overall it was okay

I stayed last week (May 2022) and ended up extending my stay. The hotel is so clean and the beds and room very comfortable. I stayed in the suite room. It had everything I needed. The breakfast is ok. I wouldn't rate it high, but it's a continental breakfast and it was not bad. I ordered Hyderabadi Biryani from room service and it was the best I've ever had in Kerala. Staff was also helpful. I will be making Ambara Suites the place to stay every time I travel to Trivandrum.

Needs more parking space.
