Super Pool. Viel Platz. Schöne Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad

Sehr hübsches Setting und zweckmässiges Mobiliar. Grosse Zimmer und Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation war gut organisiert. Bei Bedarf war auch Hilfe abrufbar.

Pool was lovely and clean and beautiful temperature. Cleaner came every day. Staff organised taxis/trips and even posted a left behind teddy to us that one of the children left behind. Rooms were spacious and air Conditioned. Lovely vibe with rooms accessed from outside.

2 rooms situated outside the main doors are a much lower standard than the other rooms and as situated outside locked doors we could not use for children. You do need taxi/moped to go anywhere.

The Pool, Hall, kitchen were good. The 4 Rooms actually located in the Villa were great. (two were located outside the villa and unusable). The Villa was tidy when we arrived. The cleaning and check-in staff were friendly and helpful.

There are hidden Charges! The listing on Booking.com did not mention the extra USD 150 we were charged for electricity! Who even charges for electricity? And if you do, It should clearly mentioned. We were informed about the charges after check in when everyone was in the Pool. They said if we were not okay with the charges we should vacate the Villa. Since we were on a family trip with kids and elders this was not an option for us. The property is also not as advertised. The Host says that it is a 6 bedroom Villa. But two of the rooms are located outside the Villa. Neither of the two rooms are at the same level as the others. One rooms was still somewhat okay and didn't raise too many eyebrows. But, the other one is accessed through a dirty corridor that houses the washing machines other maintenance stuff. It was probably a servants quarter earlier and is completely unacceptable to list here. It was a great source of embarrassment to allot the rooms to my guest who we had taken along. You could probably give it to any kids or old people that you dislike, but since I like my family I had to take the room myself.
