The location is Superb and the room is good.

Hotel staff needs to know how comfortable they need to make a customer which was absolutely lacking. Transportation horrible because of the pricing, auto 2km 300rs 3km 350, 4hrs cab 1500, think twice before u cum to Ooty, horrible people though I'm a tamilian too. Hotel says we speak ur language but when we speak Tamil u reply in English??? I'm clueless wat does that mean though u know the language??? Coming to the main pointer - the food, ul ve to be crorepati to spend here and ill put the menu to show u the rates and there are no restaurants near by to order so ul end up buying from hotel. Hotel shows snooker and other games all those u need to pay additional only then u can avail it. Everything u see is of additional cost. On a whole there r no places in Ooty as we think rather plan for better place.
