Very clean, fantastic location, comfortable room for a family of 4, great reception staff with good knowledge of English. We will be happy to use the hotel's offer in the future.

Everything was ok.

The themed Pokémon was awesome and the kids loved it. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and all spoke great English.

Again, like everywhere in Japan, our 5 year old was left without a bed. So slept on the couch. Just asked for an extra blanket. Not as close to train stations as I would’ve liked, so harder to get around. If you do t have young kids, this likely wouldn’t be as much of a problem.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the apartment style rooms because they included a mini-kitchen. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked one of the Pokemon rooms and my son was so thrilled with the decor. It’s in a quieter part of the city but within an easy distance of subway and train lines.

The room has separate toilet and bathroom which is convenient for a family of 4. They offered free umbrella to borrow which was a great help during raining day.

The room is a bit small with 4 people and 4 big suitcases.

Great location, close to Tokyo Station. The arrangement of the bunk beds where our children slept, really made our night very easy and enjoyable - having just arrived on a long haul flight.

Storage for our ski bags was limited

they allowed us free earlier check in which is always appreciated after a long travel, thank you so much, it made a big difference to us :) place is clean, well maintained; wifi is great; close to nearby 7 Eleven and 2-3 places to eat at; staff at the check in were friendly and helpful; would stay again

Beautiful, spacious room with everything we needed. Effective air conditioning but also windows that opened for some fresh air. Comfortable beds and a large dining table that we enjoyed sitting around.

This was our second mimaru property we stayed at. They are excellent!

The pokemon room was overpriced for what it actually was.

The location was perfect, great safe area of tokyo, in close proximity to the major connection routes. The property is great, room size was generous, for Tokyo Standards

Good location for accessing key tourist attractions such as Ginza shopping, Tsukiji fish market and Team Labs exhibition. Was a longer walk from Tokyo station than we expected, probably should have caught a taxi when we first arrived. Convenient access to Hatchobori station if you are arriving from Haneda or Narita airports.

Staff perhaps need more training. A few questions caused some confusion. The theatre facilities in the theatre room which we booked were difficult to operate at first until we had settled in. Worth having staff help understand how the theatre facilities work.

The location was nice. It was hard to gauge the area as we had arrived on a public holiday and everything was shut. The apartment however was wonderful. The bed arrangement was wonderful. Loved the upper beds being stand along and not traditional bunks. Everyone had a great sleep. Lots of power outlets and great facilities. Super comfortable. It’s a bit longer walk to the JR train centre (especially if you take a wrong turn, like we did, twice!! lol) but still quite walkable, even with suitcases.

We are family of 4. 2 adults and 2 teens. We stayed in a room with bunk beds on the 7th floor (no views, but the window gap could be opened to allow fresh air into the room). As expected the room quite small yet descent for 4 of us and 2 big, 1 medium, and 1 cabin suitcases. Of course to open all of them will required strategy and planning. The room has heater (air conditioning) and a humidifier as well. The location was perfect, close to Kayabacho and Hatchobori metro station. Close with plenty of convenient stores (7-11, fam-mart, lawson, and drug stores tomods). Across the hotel was Yoshinoya, an easy solution for meal in case no time for browsing other places to eat. Please be noticed, that Mimaru only clean and change - make up the bedding every the 4th day (this pretty common in most hotel apato in Japan). The daily will be picking out trash, & changing the towel, if you need someone to vacuum the floor, you need to inform them. We also used the laundry room facility on the 2nd floor. Washing was 400 yen, drying for 30 min was 100 yen. There was a vending machine and a coin exchange machine as well. Mimaru team on duty also gladly help us with taxi booking & Yamato arrangement for delivering our 2 big suitcases to Osaka. I know it part of their job but we are so thankful and grateful for their kind gestures. Overall it was wonderful stay 😄 Will gladly back to Mimaru Hatchobori for Tokyo Trip or even another branch of Mimaru since they have so many branches in other part of Tokyo. Thing to consider: - handheld broom/brush or handheld vacuum to clean the food crumbs on the floor.

Perfect stay for our family of 3. There was plenty of space for all our luggage and we didn’t feel cramped. Exceptionally clean and staff were nice and helpful. Laundry machines were always available although it takes a long time to dry. Close to conbinis and a 24/7 supermarket. Very quiet area which we preferred. Easy and quick to walk to nearby stations.

Wish that the daily housekeeping included vacuuming. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Close to Haneda airport - our taxi driver sped to the hotel in a shocking 15 mins! Clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff especially the french lady (sorry, forgot her name).

The demand for washer/dryers in the laundry room exceeds supply!! Long waiting times and dryers cannot handle a full load of laundry. Please dry only 7-10 pcs (max!) if you dont want to spend hours finishing your laundry. Toilet area also had a weird (poo?) smell. Probably need better ventilation or thorough sanitization.

가족 여행 숙소로 묵었습니다. 도쿄역에서 아주 애매하게 거리가 있어서 이동 때는 택시 탔는데 딱 만원 나왔어요. 넓고 깨끗하고 너무너무 잘 묵었습니다! 포켓몬룸도 있어서 좋았고 실제로 이 숙소에서 니혼바시 포켓몬 센터까지 도보로 15분 안 걸려서 갈 수 있어서 아이들에게 특히 좋은 위치였습니다! 숙소 바로 앞에 우동가게, 이자카야, 근처에 조금만 나가면 편의점 3사 다 있구요 밤에도 조용하고 안전합니다! 너무 좋아서 만약 다음 가족여행에 기회가 된다면 또 묵고싶어요 :-) 아! 그리고 여기서 디즈니 랜드 환승 없이 한번에 갈 수 있어요 최고에요!

Very helpful front desk staff. Most tourist areas were within a 15-30 min transit ride away with JR station and 2 Tokyo subway stations within a 5-8 minute walk away from the hotel.

Didn’t realize the beds were futons on top of a platform just inches above the floor. No Japanese tea offering , just black tea.

The kids love the bunk bed and we like the huge space in the room.

There were no daily cleanups, room tends to be dirty after a day with 4 pax in a room.
