The room was very small. I know it's a common topic for hotels in Japan, but that one was particularly small. Windows can't be opened also unfortunately.

the winning point is definitely the location, near stations & Ginza commercial area. super convenient to go around by train, metro, subway, etc. or just to walk around to Ginza area. we can take 1 train from this hotel straight to Haneda airport.

for the whole 4 nights stay, the housekeeping was lacking. they don't wash used glasses/mugs, not changing the pajamas and doesn't provide a laundry service/laundry machine. compared to the previous room that I rent at another hotel with similar level, they provide much better service.

Friendly staff, clean room

Do not have a laundry despite it stated as one of the facilities provided by the hotel as per booking.com website. Staffs were nice enough to show the direction of nearest laundry shop around which is 10 mins away from the hotel. Have a broken luggage that we wish to dispose, but was told that it would be a 3000yen disposal fee. Disspointed with the services provided.

Breakfast and lication was perfect

We found the hotel staff so accommodating and helpful. Room was small (normal for Tokyo) but comfortable and clean. Amenities such as tea, kettle, toothbrushes, razors, combs, crackers and beauty products were provided as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Pillows are a bit hard but it was also in other hotels Breakfast only starts at 7am, which is a bit late mainly in cases I book an all day trip that start early Also they only served frittata (or something like this) as an egg dish, but not other egg options Only two elevators for 17 floors..

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They noticed that I was travelling with my spouse and even offered complimentary disposable moisturiser and facial set and bath bomb for my spouse.

The smoking area is not 24/7 accessible.
