We liked everything, there was a lot of negative reviews about food, so we didn't take half board, but when we saw that food is amazing we payed directly in hotel for dinner.
Rooms are a bit too small for families of 4.

A recepción dolgozók nagyon segitőkészek ,SPA részlegen Anna nagyon kedves,mindent részletesen ő is elmondott amit kérdeztünk tőle.Van ingyenes konditerem is .Az étteremben a vacsoránál megkérdezték hol szeretnénk enni kint vagy bent és asztalhoz kísértek.Naponta más tematikai vacsora volt.Olyan bőséges a választék reggelinél és vacsoránál ,hogy végig enni lehetetlen.Mindig mindent visszatöltenek.Lehet kérni teljes ellátást is bármikor. A vacsorát lehet ebédre cserélni.Minden nap frissitő üdítő van kitéve az aulában.Vízautomata pohárral pedig a medencéknél.Minden nagyon tiszta.A szobát minden nap takaritották, cserélték a törölközőket.A stradtörölközőket is naponta lehet cserélni.Van széf és európai szabványú átalakító a szobában.Minden este zenés est van. A szálloda egész területén működik a wifi.
A tengerparton fizetni kell a napozóágyakért és a napernyőért mert a part nem a szálloda tulajdona.
A napozóágy lehetne sokkal több a tenger felé vezető út mindkét oldalán.

Friendly and attentive staff. Nice pools. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. And of course, an excellent view.
The gym only has 3-4 pieces of equipment, would be good to have at least a pull up bar.
At least one deeper pool would be nice.
Not sure why, but bathrooms do not have a locking door. It's closed with some kind of magnet.

Very good location of the hotel. Very friendly staff, nice facilities and many activities for the kids and adults. Sotos team in pool bar is amazing.

Lots of choices for breakfast.
The hotel has direct access to a beautiful white sandy beach. Gym was good. Pool was spacious with lots of shade umbrellas.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The staff at the restaurant is friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant breakfast experience. The breakfast served is of high quality, and the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The swimming pool is well-maintained and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the yoga classes offered are enjoyable and well-run. The location is good nearby statues Park, grocery stores and restaurants Overall was an enjoyable experience!
Access to the spa facilities, such as the sauna and jacuzzi, requires an additional fee, as do the sun chairs located on the beach. Furthermore, it was observed that even the adaptors, which are typically provided on loan in most high-quality hotels, in Melissi were being sold to the guest. The cot was a good brand Chicco but unfortunately, apparently, a hard board located below the mattress was missing. The ladies that settle the room gently put on two mattresses but we could still feel the crib structure.

the concierge of the hotel Mrs. Gabriela is a unique person, flexible, nice, kind, very good at her job and I am very satisfied with her service. with his advice we also saved time. yes i have traveled to 34 countries so far but she is the best concierge i have met so far.

Friendly staff, beautiful room, very nice breakfast and dinner, beautiful pool outdoor area, nice playground area for kids, great location. We were very pleased as we booked a room with inland view and got a room with sea-side view.
Indoor pool is only for adults, so we could not use it since we have a child.

perfect location close, jusr 10 minutes walk to the city center and 50m to beautiful sandy beach. The hotel staff was extremely service oriented. The facilities are great. but the best was the room, just gorgeous. perfect see and pool view.

We requested gluten-free food in advance and were informed in advance that this was accepted and would be carried out, but it’s never happened and no one knew what we wanted and we ran into a problem in the dining room. Also, we ask for two rooms booked to be next to each other and that never happened as well

Even thought we paid €375 for one night for the suite and the suite was not booked for the next day, we couldnt have late check out because someone might want to come and it should be ready!! And the agreement said that we had to pay at the hotel and we paid cash upon arrival, they blocked the amount from my credit card as well. It was like double paying...

Direct access to a very nice beach, so the location is very good. We had a nice view from the room, cleaned on daily basis. The hotel is 10 min walk to the center and to the port. Breakfast is good (especially the pancakes) with a wide choice, even though it is the same every day. The hotel has a courtesy room which you can book and use on your last day after check-out to shower and refresh.
You have to pay to use the safe in the room.
