Questa unità di livello superiore ha vista su Kings Beach e Moreton e Isole Bribie e si trova di fronte a Kings Beach con tutte le sue colline da surf, sabbia, bar e ristoranti così vicino non è necessario per l'auto.
Questo appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato. Ci sono due camere da letto queen size con accappatoi incorporati e aria condizionata a ciclo inverso, il bagno con vasca e doccia separate, cucina gourmet con piani in pietra, una cucina open space sala da pranzo, 2 balconi con vista mozzafiato e un barbecue Weber e un garage per auto con serratura.
Questa unità è così vicino a tutto. E 'proprio di fronte Kings Beach e pochi passi dal centro città Caloundra, Bulcock Beach & Shelly Beach.
Ci piace usare questa unità noi così abbiamo equipaggiato con le cose che ci piace avere una vacanza. La cucina è a pieno carico con tutto il necessario per rendere piacevole piatti fatti in casa, c'è una macchina per caffè espresso e il collant ha tutte le basi.
Tutto è abbastanza moderno, i televisori sono dotati di ingresso USB che supporta la maggior parte dei formati audio e video. Abbiamo anche fornito una selezione di DVD.
Abbiamo bambini piccoli quindi c'è già un seggiolone, una culla e un letto. Tutto quello che dovete portare è la biancheria (lenzuola, asciugamani). La configurazione dei letti è 1 matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli. Possiamo organizzare biancheria attraverso un servizio di biancheria a un piccolo supplemento.
Ci auguriamo che vorrete tornare più e più volte.
Kings Beach & Caloundra è un luogo ideale per una vacanza in famiglia. Tuttavia questa unità sarebbe anche molto comoda per o una o due coppie di scappare per una piacevole settimana di relax o un lungo weekend.

Great stay close to beach and town

The unit is wonderfully appointed with all we needed for our long weekend away. The views were amazing and the location was close to the beach and all the amenities. Will definitely be staying again 🤗

The location and view are perfect. The premises are well laid out and rooms a good size. Very satisfied with everything,
Two faults - no lift and the main balcony doesn't get the winter sun and when we were there the living room was cold. It didn't help that we didn't find the heater until our last few days. Heart of winter. Priced accordingly.

Property was clean and well equipped. Great view of the ocean. Having only one set of keys was inconvenient

The stay was wonderful, the location was great, close to beach and to Caloundra shopping strip. Nice to have a lockup garage for the car. The only slight negative was that there was no heating or cooling in the living areas although they were in the two bedrooms, which means we could have used them for the living areas if necessary. Also one of the outdoor plastic chairs collapsed when I sat in it as it was old and weathered, hopefully they have been replaced by now.

Even though it was an older style unit it was very well presented with great views and location. The unit was very clean and had all the mod cons eg air con, fans, washer and dryer.

The apartment was in a great location, however very dirty. There was hair in the bathroom and toilet, and clumps of hair even in the lounge room. Dust and dirt on multiple surfaces, and crisps in the high chair. Great spot, close to the beach and cafes, but the uncleanliness really let it down.

We just wanted to get out of Brisbane for a few days and this was the perfect location. Lovely apartment with beautiful view and lots of beach walks at our doorstep. Close to restaurants and bars with long happy hours. We couldn't have asked for more.

Great views comfortable, aircon from bedrooms covers whole area. Nice deep pool little chilly. Good value for location makes up for some little issues. Great to have internet included

This property was perfect for our stay - close to the beach and with a lovely view. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Had everything we needed including a coffee machine, toasted sandwich maker and washing machine.

Excellent location, amazing beach view, great communication and roomy apartment for couple or family of 4.
Side note; Building is not the newest and a few defaults can be easily fixed in the apartment.

We loved sitting in the lounge or on the veranda taking in the views of the ocean and ships passing. Close to cafes, flagged beach and boardwalk. Pool was also wonderful.
Four flights of stairs gave our legs a work-out but would definitely stay there again.

The unit is in a great spot with easy access to the beach and cafe's. The unit is fresh, bright and well equipped for a family stay.

Great apartment. Good location and facilities.
Unfortunately three blinds broken including in the main room so we couldn't have reasonable daylight or beach view. Very bad. Main room blinds also very mouldy.
Garage didn't lock up. Not locked when we arrived, so obviously a problem. Had to try to find something to prop them up.
Remote to DVD not working due to leaking button batteries so couldn't control to play movies we'd bought with us to watch. Pity a few small things can have a big impact on the enjoyment when on a one night stay. (Less than 24 hours.2pm -10 am).
Other visitors must have tried to get TV s etc working without knowing what they were doing as they were not tuned in to channels and in odd modes. Housekeeping should check these things regularly.
A lot of messing around and time taken to eventually have relaxing time out.. lol!
Owner said there was tea and coffee, website didn't. No tea and coffee. As we could only get a one night booking tea and coffee would have been handy... lots to buy or pack otherwise. Clarity would be good.

Just steps from Kings Beach, this property is a great family unit.
An older, but very clean unit that has all the things you need to make your stay easy and convenient. Fully stocked kitchen with all the facilities you need.
AC in the bedrooms, but not in the living area could make summer a bit more hot, but open up the balcony door to catch the sea breeze straight off the very family friendly Kings Beach.

Absolutely beautiful view and location. Unit needs a few repairs and a bit more love from the cleaners and owner such as, TV in the bedroom is broken, seats have mold on them, quilt on bed was not clean. But will be back again. Beautiful spot not to expensive

Good ocean view and 2 min stroll to beach and cafes. All facilities provided Except Linen not provided ,this could be spelt out better. Lock up garage great security for our jet ski.

Great for taking the family. Port a cot, high chair and stroller a massive win. Some things missing from listing but shops close by. Kings beach bar and amici are great places to visit.

Unit was lovely but letting agency clearly not checking what cleaners are doing. The bbq... which clearly states must be cleaned when you use it.. was so disgustingly dirty and rusted out that it was dangerous. Luckily I contacted owners direct who replaced it. They were not aware because the agency had not advised therm...a lot of dust on window sills etc... dryer was awful. I didn't even use it as it was disguising and fullof sand... All in all the stay was lovely but poor form on behalf of the letting agency handling the unit.

Overall the property was ok. Lovely views but lots of stairs. Hard when carrying up all the baggage etc. Worn out lounge furniture. Dryer not very effective. Noisy fan in toilet. Laundry service a bit expensive. Nice spot but local cafe was disappointing for breakfast.

Caloundra is a hidden gem of the Sunshine Coast
This unit was lovely and has a fantastic view overlooking the ocean. It is close to Town Centre which is great to visit. Beach is superb and absolutely gorgeous. There is a great cafe, and also fish and chip shop, just near unit. Would thoroughly recommend this unit if you don’t mind four flights of stairs walkup. Only slight downside would be that fabric furniture covers and cushions are very dirty. As only two of us we used a duvet to cover sofa while there. Cleanliness 7/10. But great value and position. Loved our stay. Management very professional and helpful as was owner when booking holiday. Would come again
