First and foremost the property had no air conditioning in any common areas, nor did it have air conditioning in the entire basement, trust me, comfort can amount to about 50% of your vacation experience, and to sit in sweat all week is no fun. Following is a list of issues we had at the house. Before we list the issues it’s important for me to not the owner is very nice, and the home is very big, and beautiful. Now the ugly Water pressure is terrible, and I mean bad!!! Hot tub is filthy, but was cleaned immediately by service. If you enjoy traveling to the mountains to see deer, wild turkey, bears, this house is not for you. Sliding doors are hard to open, sliding screens kept coming off track. Both propane tanks weee empty Fire pit was completely full, not cleaned out. Should have an ash can!!! Ice makers do not work. Wasp nest in door jam second floor kitchen area. Microwave button is broke Air conditioning unit for loft area non functional Overall the property seems as though it’s not being properly maintained, in addition folks should know during the summer months prepare to be very uncomfortable. And just to note the stream is not easily accessible from the property.

We came here with a large group and this house was absolutely perfect for our trip. Plenty of space for everyone with 16 beds, 5 bathrooms, and large common areas with couches. The large kitchen space was great for preparing meals, as was the grill on the deck. In terms of entertainment, it's a great location as well, with a huge living room, basement with shuffleboard and pool tables, and a large outdoor space perfect for campfires and lawn games. It's also extremely well located, just a few minutes down the road from Barley Creek Brewing and Big Pocono State Park. Overall, a fantastic rental experience!

A beautiful house with everything necessary to have a wonderful weekend with family and friends. Celebrated a milestone birthday with large group. I’ve been to a lot of VRBO’s and this was among the most well appointed. Very clean! Comfortable beds (though thin blankets) that easily slept 19 people and would fit more. Lots of different sitting spaces and great kitchen with two fridges and a griddle/hibachi stovetop. A few more stuffed animal heads than we expected but certainly added to the character of the place. Very accessible to Camelback, outlets, etc. Hot tub was clean though didn’t use it. Fireplace was great. Only reason for four stars is there were some hiccups with the heating system, hot water, entry code, and wifi but seems like that was due to house not having been rented in a bit and a power issue. Owner was very responsive to any issue and also sincerely apologetic. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a big group looking for a weekend away.

This rental is top tier! You won't be disappointed. I spent my 53rd birthday at this beautiful spacious cabin with fiends and family. The location was perfect. The great room was spacious with seating for all of us to gather at the same time. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are plentiful!

We had a wonderful family trip in a beautiful home that was equipped with everything you could think of. The attention to detail in the home was amazing. We skied, fished, tubed, shopped and ate!! The home shows even more beautiful in person. We will definitely be back.

We a fabulous stay! The host was very responsive, the place is huge which is great and has lots of room for activities. They have 1 kiddy size corn-hole board, so if you love corn hole bring your own. The pool table is great and a good size though. Overall, we had a great stay with no complaints and all my guests had a great time. The place is fabulous.

Fantastic house-would definitely book again! The property is located near many awesome spots. It's only 2 hours/15 minutes away from the city. We had 15 guests and there was more than enough room for us. Communication was very thorough. The house is absolutely one of a kind and perfect for a large group!

The property was awesome. It was perfect for a group like us in our early 40's, to relax and have fun. The rooms were spacious and welcoming.

This was the first time our entire family of 16 decided to go on vacation. This house was perfect. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms, and we were able to have great discussions at the dining table/counter. The house is even nicer than the pictures. The location is perfect with something to do for everyone. Our ages ranged from 7-71. The fire pit and hot tub were excellent bonuses. We had a great time, and I definitely recommend this place for families.

What a beautiful place to stay. We had more than enough room to spread out, the amenities were great and the location is fantastic, but the most amazing thing was the property itself was so beautiful and relaxing. By the end of our trip, everyone was brainstorming events where we could come back.

I cannot say enough about this house! It was beautiful, so spacious, and CLEAN! I am very picky, so for me to give 5 stars on cleanliness never happens. This house was so clean! :) It was beautiful, so uniquely decorated, and the check in and out process couldn’t have been easier! We had 20 people, and we never felt crammed or on top of each other. Pictures do not to the outside space justice!!! The cutest fire pit, and a ton of room for backyard games! I am already thinking of a reason to get my family and friends together to return next year! We couldn't have asked for a better property, host, and time. This house was AMAZING. It is so beautiful and there is so much to do in the house and outside. The pictures on this listing really don't do the house any justice, it is so much nicer in person. The weekend we spent here was great and we are looking to come back sometime very soon for a summer getaway. The host was very cooperative with everything we needed and asked, and I truly cannot express enough how amazing it is here. If you are looking to book this house for your family and friends I would 100% say you should do so. Overall, there is nothing else we could have asked for, it truly is a 5/5 property and deserves the reputation it has earned.

This house is absolutely amazing!!! Everything from the decor to every detail is outstanding. It's a very large house with every amenity imaginable. We loved having the hibachi grill in the kitchen. We were a family of 17 people (ages 3 to 83) and the house fit us so comfortably. So many cute conversation spaces on each level. The owner was very responsive with any question we had. TOP NOTCH!!!

Stayed here with family and friends. House was very nice everybody had their own space. Needs a little maintenance but overall great house. So close to Camelback ski resort. We would definitely return.

WOW! What a Wonderful Family Get Together Weekend to Celebrate Our Mom's 85th Birthday! This Pocono House is Amazing! It is HUGE and has plenty of space for large Families to spread out and Have Fun! The house is Gorgeous, with Rustic Design but very High End and Modern. The attention to design and details is stunning. Everywhere you look, there is something that catches your eye. The house is designed for a large group, with a Huge living room and sofa, large kitchen that seats 17, numerous bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a large game room with pool table, a hot tub, and the deck is enormous with a huge picnic table and two grills. The most Important thing is that the house was very CLEAN. We had fresh linens and towels and felt comfortable the the house was professionally cleaned before we arrived. The Owner John was Amazing! He was very Friendly, Professional and Helpful. He would answer my questions and concerns very quickly. The house is on a quiet road, on a large piece of land and a creek nearby. Our Family played Corn Hole, Horse Shoes and had Sack Races outdoors and the kids had a great time. Camelback Resort is very close by and we all went to Camel Beach WaterPark for a great day in the sun. Some of us went Hiking and a few went Fishing, but we all met up for a Wonderful Family Dinner and sang Happy Birthday to our 85 year young Mother & Grandmother. Being with her Family was the Best Gift we could give her! Thanks John, we had a Great Time at Your Beautiful Home in the Poconos!

15 of us stayed for a bachelor party, house was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space and the included amenities were great! Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in the poconos.

We stayed here for (sadly, only) three days, due to everyone's schedules only allowing for that short get-away. Our group consisted of myself, my husband, our children, their spouses, and their children, plus my dad, a total of nine adults and seven children. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The common areas were large enough and had enough seating to accommodate everyone, with no one feeling claustrophobic. Lower level game room had plenty of space for the littles to run around and play on the first day when it rained and poured non-stop. And the hot tub/jacuzzi!! Sweet!. Everything was as advertised. Our only complaint (more like a regret) is that we didn't reserve a longer stay. Next time, we'll be sure to stay longer, to give ourselves enough time to really settle in, relax, absorb the chill vibe, and enjoy all the amenities. Lastly, John was very responsive and answered our questions pretty quickly. We hope to return again.

This is an amazing house for a group of people. We had a larger group and everyone has sleeping space. The Hibachi grill is so good for cooking in large quantities. Multiple members of our party walked in and said "This house is awesome!". Would highly recommend for a group or family!

The place is incredible! We had a big group that filled every bed and it never felt cramped. Awesome house and the owner is also incredible—great communication. Would absolutely love to stay there again. You can’t beat it.

If you have a big group and are looking for a place that gives everyone their own space but also allows for group activities, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! We had a group of 20 people ranging from 67 to 7 months old. There was plenty of space for all of us. You really have no idea how big and absolutely beautiful this house is until you see it in person! Perfect location!!! Everything you need is less than 5 minutes away. Shopping, recreational activities, nature, it’s all right there! John was super easy to work with, any questions I had he got back to me within minutes (if not instantly) I can’t say enough good things about this property, 5 stars I absolutely recommend!
