Behavior of staff and facilities

Under ground parking and it's narrow access way.

No spa ordinary hotel

location is good. staff are welcoming. parking space is little congested but think it’s in heart of city

nobody informed about wiFi.

staff name was i think, HUssain, who behaviour little upset me. (i was booked room online system) but coudn't pay money by card. ( i don't know payemnt is not mandatory) then i thought booking is not confirmed then i tried one more. so result was 2 rooms booked! (one of the agent name was i think naseer or sameer, he was there when i was reached at ALSHIFA TBG time 7:30pm, suppose.. he welcomed me good manner). after changed night shift the above said HUSSAIN was on counter and i try to pay cash for ROOM, he chkd and told me i was booked 2rooms so i've to pay both rooms amount. really my travel mood and enjoy feeling switche to weird! I told him cancel one room, and alreday I have taken one room. he said me he can't help cancel one ROOM. i need cancel myself through online system otherwise i've to pay both rooms.. pls educate your agent such situation help to the customer for supporting for cancel, And not traped customer. i was almost took 1hour for this cancellation. (cancellation is not convenience method same like booking in your App). finally he called me and inform my cancellation is aproved.. my suggetion is train counter teams to little more friendly not make upset customer. thanks for given me a chance to my feedback. i'll defently visit TBG SOON.

Very bad experience

On the website they are giving too many facilities but on the property nothing is there

staff @ reception was good.

cofee maker not there in the room.

Very clean and white bedsheets. Staff welcoming and helpfull.

The plastica matress cover and the heat, but overall was a good staying

There is no proper parking facility and there is no in house restaurant. The Location for Al shifa hospital goers its good otherwise its not so convinient
