Location was amazing! The view could not get any better! Beautiful! Rooms were all great and house was very well equipped!

Lock on bathroom and toilet door would have been great.

Quiet location with direct views of sea and harbour. No road traffic noise. 4 minutes drive to CBD and Countdown. The upstairs main bedroom excellent with good bathroom/shower plus private balcony with great views plus AC unit. Large Living/Dining/Kitchen and TV area, good AC unit. Really Excellent Kitchen facilties and large deck with BBQ. Large TV with Sky free channels. Three downstairs bedroom and second good bathroom plus separate toilet. Double garage for cars. Easy digital code box for house door access. EVERYTHING inside the property is very high quality... TOP MARKS!!!! Had initially booked a Penthouse Suite at Millenium Hotel which would have been a disaster compared to this place.

What could have been better: The downstairs bedrooms are rather cell-like as they have only small windows with frosted glass, due to proximity of neighbours, and no mosquito screens on windows and no AC units ... so could be stuffy. A coffee filter machine or coffee plunger would be good in the kitchen area which is otherwise very well equipped. At least one hair dryer is required in a bathroom, one exists but is broken (we were told). Would have appreciated contact with owners for sensitive feedback rather than post negatives here. Communication with agency was good. Did not like immediate payment taken from UK credit card as I wanted to pay cash. Did not like the 4% added because it was a credit card payment. Did not like the $90 charged for 'cleaning' as I had confirmed we were only two seniors using only one bedroom.
