Umina Ocean Stays Beach House
Si tratta di una Beach House a due piani ben arredata e situata di fronte al Surf Life Saving Club di Ocean Beach, con vista sul surf, a 60 metri dalla spiaggia di sabbia e pattugliata. Si trova a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla via principale di Umina Beach con caffè, ristoranti, negozi e un grande Woolworths e Coles. Non c'è bisogno di guidare ovunque, rimanere, rilassarsi, prendere un caffè, leggere un libro, ottimo per alaggio o la pesca.

Al piano inferiore vanta due ampie camere da letto (una con bagno), una camera singola, cucina moderna, bagno separato con doccia, lavanderia e soggiorno. We enjoyed the house, it was well equiped with everything you would need. It’s not easy to find a place that has 5 bedrooms. Great view of the beach from the upstairs verandah. Enjoyed early morning walks on the beach at sunrise. You are so close to cafes and restaurants. Kim was extremely helpful and responded quickly. I would certainly come back again.

Location is perfect. Across from the beach and a short walk to shops. House was very roomy for our family of 6 and had everything we needed, including beach umbrellas, a beach chair and games for the kids. Such a lovely break.

Fabulous house...
This house had everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Great location, walk to shops and beach. Our trip was just for the weekend for a family wedding but would definitely love to go back for a longer stay.

We had a fantastic time at ocean stays beach house.
The property is clean and well maintained. So close to beach that we couldn’t expect anymore. We found everything in the house that we needed. We were very impressed with the cleaning protocol. Balcony views were fantastic and the family enjoyed morning and evening chats sitting there. Above all, the host was very approachable, within minutes we had a response to our request and query. Thanks Sandy for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Excellent accommodation and location, highly recommended
This accommodation is fantastic, it is exactly as presented on Stayz, it has a very homely feeling and the view from the large upstairs balcony is wonderful. There are lots of extras and Sandy the host is excellent, thank you so much for the wine and chocolates. The accommodation certainly did exceed our expectations.

It has everything!
This property has everything a family would need. The configuration of the rooms is perfect. There is a space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The host is super responsive and so thoughtful. We even had Lindt chocolates and a bottle of wine left for us which was a lovely surprise. All in all a lovely home away from home.

Travelling with babies can be tricky and this house accommodated them extremely well. All facilities were very clean and comfortable and made to feel more like a home than a holiday house. The little extras (including the Wine and Chocolates) were immensely appreciated. The kitchen is very well equipped. The veranda was enjoyed by all morning, noon, and night with most meals being eaten there.Sandy was simply amazing throughout the whole process, from booking the stay, arranging a payment plan, answering questions prior to arrival and prompt replies/action to queries whilst there. We feel she went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic.Our family had so much fun in this little piece of paradise.We all would love to go back.

Excellent Experience for a short getaway from Sydney Highly recommend!
We were so blown away number one by the location, right on the beach. The house is huge with 3 outdoor seating areas. The top floor has an amazing view of the surf. So many beds and 2 seperate TV areas everyone had enough space to play together and find solace. It is a short 5 min stroll to all shops inc woolies Aldi BWS and a number of excellent take away shops there is no need to cook at all even though it has a fully functional kitchen downstairs. We had lunch next door at Margarita Daze which had incredible views all the way back to Palm Beach and a well priced seafood menu that ticked all the boxes. The area was quiet yet central. Sandy the owner was so helpful and friendly. We couldn't rate this higher and it changed my idea of what Umina has to offer. We can't wait to come back and stay here again and make this a tradition. We were 3 seperate families (3 mums and all our kids) Value for money and happy kids ages ranging from 2.5 through to 15 even with no internet. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Perfect weekend getaway!
Fantastic location a stone’s throw away from Umina beach and a short stroll to shops/restaurants. The house is exactly as described and pictured, spacious, clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend brekky on the balcony, soaking in the sun and listening to the waves crash. Sandy is an excellent host. Quick to respond to all my queries and even gave us a late check-out so we were well-rested for our long drive home. Wine and chocs were a lovely surprise. Thank you Sandy, looking forward to our next stay!

Great weekend away for our end of season cricket trip. Extremely well positioned in Umina, right on the beach and supported by anything you may require all within a stone throw. All the facilities and inclusions clean and very suitable to our needs.
