Was perfect for a one night stay. Staff was very helpful and 24/7 which is handy. Hotel is close to many shops

Staff were rude on arrival. The whole place stunk of cigarette smoke. The room was incredibly small. Only 1 towel was provided for two people.

Urmm…..there was a vending machine in the reception and you can borrow a hairdryer.

The bathroom was dirty and had a strong smell of wee. Borrowed some kitchen cleaner and sprayed it around the bathroom which seemed to get rid of the smell. Why is the bathroom door glass? Don’t stay here with anyone you don’t know very well because they will see the slightly blurry outline of you having a poo and in the shower. Room became extreamly hot and the air con did absolutly nothing. As we didn’t have a window either it was difficult to cool down.

Noisy Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Found long hair in my bed. Not good value for money, room is way too small for what you pay.

Easy check-in and friendly staff. Free towels provided at the reception. Good shower, firm mattress, and pleasant temperature in the room. Was allowed to combine two bookings (rather than check out and check back in on the same day).

The room was much more spacious than we expected with plenty of room between the beds and a larger than expected bathroom. The number of power points and USB charging points far exceeded those available in far more expensive hotels.

Despite the 7 power points and 6 usb charging points none were working nor was the television. We reported to reception that although we had lights in the room we had no power and they came and didn't do anything. They said they were quite full but would go and see if there was a room they could move us to and if not could charge our phones in the office overnight and offer us a late checkout. I explained we were checking out at 8am so the children just needed to get to sleep so a room move would be acceptable. We then waited for two hours and the receptionist never came back and by then it was almost midnight so we went to sleep. On checkout nothing was mentioned and we all had flat phones and no way to charge them.

Cheap car park very near. Near Regent Theatre.

The hotel was very conveniently located and check in was quick and straightforward. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The shower head wouldn't stay up so it was very difficult to shower. Noise from other rooms was audible at night, meaning I couldn't get to sleep when I wanted.
