Location was great. Place was generally clean and well kept.

There was smell of curry and spices in the living room cum kitchen. The pots and pans were very dirty so we didn't dare use them to cook anything. Ended up only using the microwave. The rooms were cold and we could not control the heater as it was centrally controlled.

The central position, being very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Great for a short break. Quick response to solve minor problems we experienced. Showers were great.

Bed size in second room left very little room to move. Zip and lock double could solve this issue and gives guests a choice of set up, ideal for 2 couples.

Modern apartment with great central location, free parking, and 2 bathrooms, ideal for a small group. Suited our requirements pretty much perfectly for a 4-night stay.

The double bedroom carpet is in need of either a deep clean or replacement. Lounge window looks out over car park entrance/ bin area. Some late night /early morning noise from nearby pub/club with window open.

It was near the shops and very quiet at night.and secure.

Flat was clean and furnished to a good standard

Host provided incorrect entry code and so we were stuck outside the building for nearly two hours panicking and the host would not respond to our calls so we turned back home which was a 3hr drive with a hungry and tired small child. Host eventually got in touch with correct entry code and apologised but damage had already been done. Once we drove back to flat and finally got entry it was nice but the main issue we had was the heating thermostat is locked so you cannot put the heating on yourself, the night and morning was cold 9c and my child got a runny nose and we were were unable to shower in the morning as there was no heating on, it came on later around 9am when we should have been ready to head out. Host was unhappy with the heating issue being raised but offered us a refund ( still awaiting)for the next two night to leave so we did, but no refund for the horrendous first night experience. This experience ruined our whole weekend and we could not find alternative accommodation as it was the jubilee weekend so booked up. The surrounding area also was not ideal with loud music from bars on surrounding streets and the carpark difficult to manoeuvre in as people block you in by not using designated parking bays. This has put me off staying in apartments.

Nice location, and comfortable apartment, everything I needed to enjoy my stay.

Electric cut off some nights and could not access cupboard to switch back on but was resolved day after.

Location excellent. Definitely would stay there again .

The property was very nice with beautiful bathrooms.

It stank of curry for the duration. Only 2 sets of towels left for a two bedroom (4 person) apartment. After numerous phone calls, texts and emails I eventually got a reply and was informed that I had only booked for 2ppl not 3ppl. They did homer drop some towels off for me but they stank really musty. Beautiful bathrooms but dirty smeared glass on both showers. Dirty sponge left in kitchen for us to use. Only 1 twin bed made up in second bedroom

The location, price and cleanness of the apartment and the ease to check in.

The bed mattresses need replacing

It was convenient as car parking was included we were close to pubs, restaurants and shops yet it was a quiet location. We were just a 15 minute walk from my daughter and her boyfriend’s home. There are 2 bedrooms so great as my son travelled with us. 2 bathrooms and toilets was useful. Kitchen facilities were just what we needed.

Could have been cleaner, mattress not very comfortable and sheets were stained.

Great location and very responsive hosts. The flat was modern and warm.

The flat needed to have a bit of a refresh after lockdown. For example cutlery needed to be cleaned. We also couldn't find a hairdryer and there were no bins in the toilets! Small things but attending to them would be great.

Car park was very tight. But no fault of property as it was underground parking.
