Il bellissimo e tranquillo appartamento si trova presso la clinica universitaria in una zona residenziale di lusso di Colonia, che si trova vicino al centro.
Su entrambi i lati sono i Dürener Straße e Zülpicher Straße due vie dello shopping con tutti i negozi per le necessità quotidiane, bar e ristoranti.
La fermata degli autobus per il centro (10 minuti in auto) si trova a soli 100 metri di distanza.

L'appartamento di 80 mq di spazio abitabile in cui si trova. 1 Piano di un condominio e può ospitare fino a quattro persone. Si compone di un soggiorno, due camere da letto, cucina, disimpegno, bagno con doccia e vasca da bagno, wc ospiti e un ampio mq coperto, balcone soleggiato 20. L'appartamento, completamente rivestito con parquet o in qualità piastrelle.
L'appartamento ha il proprio spazio di parcheggio di fronte alla casa.

We stayed at this lovely apartment as a base for going to football matches in the 2024 Euros in Stuttgart, Gelsenkirchen and Cologne. The second week we did more sightseeing in Cologne and the apartment met all our requirements with the owner very helpful and responded so quickly to any questions we had.

We stayed in this apartment last spring, and liked it so much that we booked it for a longer stay this year. The apartment, location and communication with the host was perfect; we honestly can't find a single flaw. The apartment is clean and thoughtfully and thoroughly appointed. Public transportation, groceries, shops, playgrounds and parks are all within walking distance. We will most likely try to book Lilia's charming apartment again next year!

After staying in multiple VRBOs during our travels, I would rate Lilia’s apartment as the best! Not only was the apartment beautiful, pristine and well-appointed with anything one could possibly need, the beds were very comfortable and Lilia was a charming and generous host. We can’t wait to stay here again!

I would give this property 10 stars if I could! The apartment itself is absolutely great. A full 2 bedrooms, each with lots of clothes storage and very comfortable beds/bedding. There was a big, very useful map on the wall that Lilia took the time to explain so we would know where the grocery stores, bakeries, transit stops, and restaurants were. The neighbourhood was highly walkable, transit around the corner and a main street 3 blocks away. The apartment was fully stocked with everything one could want, and the kitchen is a cook’s dream. Everything was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony was a stand out! Highly recommended!!

Lilia has thought of everything. We loved our stay and the tasteful holiday decorations. Great linens, towels, dishes, etc. We appreciated the beverages, coffee and cookies. We have stayed in VRBO properties around the world and this rates as one of the best. Highly recommended. Thank you Lilia!

Having rented more than 60 properties in Europe and the US, this lovely property ranks at the top. It is located a few short blocks from Dürener Straße, where you will find restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, dry cleaners, drugstores, beauty parlors, grocery stores, everything you can possibly need. Lindenthal is a lovely residential neighborhood where you will feel safe walking anywhere, day or night. The property is near the university hospital, which is a comfort for those with health concerns while they travel. Reserved parking is right in front of the small building, and the apartment is only one easy, wide flight of stairs from the ground floor. There is a private washer and separate dryer in the common laundry room, and you will definitely not be cold if you visit in winter. During European trips we have often had the situation where if you are running one electrical equipment, you cannot run another; that is not a problem here. The owners have thought of everything; I have never found a better-equipped property. Plenty of hot water, lots of towels, coffee, paper goods, detergent, several different shampoos, great pillows, and the bed linens are perfectly pressed, so the beds are not only very comfortable but welcoming. There is also a lovely private terrace that is a delight. We had a car, so did not use public transport, but a short walk to Dürener Straße will get you to transport to the city center, only a few minutes away. Try Faro, an Italian restaurant, and also Carlos, which specializes in beef. Both restaurants had great food, filled with locals and not tourists, but the best part was great, friendly staff AND they speak English! The best part of this experience is the owner, Lilia, a lovely person who is available all the time, as she and her husband live less than a block away. She made restaurant suggestions and reservations for us, spoke to the dry cleaners to make sure our clothes would be ready on time, bought several things I needed, like Johnson’s baby oil which I could not find in Europe. She ordered it from her Amazon account and had it waiting on arrival, and completely went well above and beyond for us. I have made a friend for life! Stay here, you will love it! Thank you Lilia!

Our experience in Cologne was elevated by the amazing hospitality of Lilia and the wonderful location and setup of the apartment. Everything is close by from shopping to restaurants to supermarkets to tram station. We arrived and found the fridge stocked with treats to get us through the first night and breakfast the next day. In addition Lilia added thoughtful items for our kids like stool to use at sink, toys and games to play, and a pack and play that looked comfy enough for me! Every touch was perfect and the place is so well stocked we didn’t need anything during our stay outside of the food we were making. I would highly recommend to anyone. This was a real pleasant treat.

First, if it were only the place, it would be 5 stars because the apartment is wonderful - everything you need is there, the beds are comfortable and the living space is very usable. The amazing part is that you get a resource of information and a more than accommodating hostess when you stay here! Lilia was so helpful and sweet and wonderful. She had an entire binder of information about the area and also about areas around for sightseeing. She left treats for us and the kids that were more than gracious! The espresso machine was wonderful to have - all the varieties of espresso were perfect. I could go on forever - the place is fantastic and Lilia is the best hostess you could ask for in Germany. I would love to come back someday and hope that we get to stay in her lovely apartment again. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt like we were in our home away from home. Thank you, Lilia, for a wonderful week in Germany that we will never forget. Your hospitality was incredible.

The apartment was exactly as advertised; spotless, well stocked and perfectly set-up to accommodate a travelers needs. There are many extras including: maps of the area, cold beer in the fridge, good coffee, adapters, umbrellas, and high quality bedding for a restful nights sleep.
Should you need anything - Lilia is just a phone call away.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would look forward to another visit.

Stayed in many places over the years...this is one of the best. Located in a quiet and beautiful part of Cologne near the University. An enjoyable 10 minute tram ride into the centre allows you to see the real community of Cologne. The apartment is spacious, immaculate with a modern homely feel. The balcony was a heavenly retreat at the end of the day and ideal for many a Gin & Tonic. A warm welcome by Lilia was a great start with many luxuries provided around the apartment including fruit, wine, a nice cool beer and many games and treats for the children. Nothing was too much trouble and the stay here heightened the experience of Cologne! Many thanks Lilia
