Sofa was very uncomfortable and there were no chairs. Kitchen lacked 8x8 pain to bake in and wooden spoons. There was no broom or dust mop. We had furnace issues but that was taken care of promptly. Dishwasher was not attched to island and did not clean the dishes.

close to beach even though it was a little to cold to enjoy the beach.

since we checked in after 4 it took awhile to find the way to our room. a lot of elevators were out of order so it took awhile to get luggage to room.

The location was awesome.

It was too small, there was peeling paint, the bathroom was not up to par for a vacation rental, the stove and dishwasher was falling apart. The beds were awful. They sunk in the middle making it a terrible nights sleep. The washing machine and dryer had a terrible smell. I’m not sure if it was the rubber inside the washer but it stunk really bad even after using it. There’s not enough storage space or counter space.

We had a very good view of the pool and the scenery there and from our front door looking out to the ocean

Well there was no one at the front desk for the first two days the remote we could not find and when we found it it was broken construction started pretty much at 6:30 in the morning banging sawing trying to relax good night the elevator was on the other side of the wall of our room could hear it banging during the night the shower would not drain you would stand in ankle deep water while taking a shower no drain on the sink in the bathroom could not get the washing machine to work so could not wash our clothes but the dryer did the stove door was loose I thought we had booked for oceanfront but it was across the street that really didn't matter beautiful scenery from the pool and from our room the elevator was quite shaky the door would close as you were walking in would barely let one person in would I stay there again maybe

When we arrived, one bed was stripped with dirty bedding sitting on top. The other bed was stripped completely with no bedding at all. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was a clear bag with towels and toilet paper thrown on the couch. I called when we arrived to ask for clean bedding, and was told that it was marked as high priority and that we’d receive it ASAP. Around 10:00PM, I called again because we still didn’t have bedding. She said “they changed it to tomorrow”. We quickly went to Walmart before they closed to buy our own bedding! The next day we finally received a call asking what we needed, and later that afternoon we came back to the house and found a bag of blankets dropped off by the door. We had to not only provide ourselves with bedding, but make our beds too!(2 beds, 1 sofa bed) If we didn’t get to Walmart in time the first night, we would’ve had to do without. Extremely dissatisfied & won’t be back. The place wasn’t too dirty, but was definitely “barely” cleaned before. The bathroom was dirty and the floors were so dirty it turned our feet black. We ended up leaving early.

We had to wash towels before use. They were not clean. Tub had hair in it. We had to use our own cleaning supplies to wipe counters off and tub out. Not a knife to cut anything with. Not sufficient cooking pans. Was dissatisfied with cost for cleaning when we had to redo everything

Baloney door would not lock

The rooms are so nice! Full kitchen, clean!! So glad we stayed here. The pool area is nice. They have ocean front space on the beach just a walk across the street. Property people were so kind. Will likely stay here again if we can.

The wifi would not connect to anything so no tv, no laptop, nothing.. The bed in the master bedroom was broken, sinking in middle and the boxspring was warped and SO loud from any movement. We couldn't sleep on it due to it waking our baby and we slept on the pull out sofa. Called the first morning and reported. Someone would call me right back. Called later that afternoon and got "sorry about that. We only have one tech so not sure if they can help. We might be able to get you an AIR MATTRESS.?" I told them that's unacceptable; that they needed to fix it or find me another property. After I spoke to Operations mgmt a tech came out fixed the frame but said the boxspring is crushed and would let them know the bed needs replaced. Couldn't connect wifi after 45 min. Said he would let mgmt know and someone would call. No call. Called after returning home and was offered $75 reimbursement from the $476. Two people later they offered $200. The communication from the mgmt company is crap; never a call back. Why would they, you've already paid and stuck. I requested a new room or property both times I spoke to someone. To a weekend trip to relax, catch up on my work "laptop," and catch a couple movies with my family. Couldn't do any of that.

Great Views! We liked the dock, pool and beach.

The building maintenance need some work. The elevator and hot tub both needed attention.

Close to the beach.

Dishwasher wasn't installed properly and would lean forward and back when you loaded it. All vents were dirty. The only closet was full of junk. Some outlets and one of the stove burners didn't work. It was listed as having free wifi but we didn't have any our entire stay. The shower had two holes in it which water could freely go into. There wasn't a single knife in the kitchen and we had to get our own. Some bowls were chipped and one of the pot lids had the handle broken off. The toaster had it's bottom removed which we found in a cabinet. The freezer had what looked like rusty stains. One of the drawers had an opened bucket of paint. The bed was raised on 4 small black buckets or tubs placed under the legs of the bed rails. One if the kitchen cabinets had saw dust all over it from when they installed the microwave.
