Soggiorna in una casa in legno con tetto verde.
La villa è in posizione molto tranquilla e perfetta per rilassarsi.
Al piano terra ci sono 4 camere matrimoniali e 4 bagni, arredati con cura e in grado di esaudire ogni desiderio.
La zona pranzo in stile rustico, il camino e la cucina di campagna sono open-space. Attraverso il soffitto in vetro si può godere di una magnifica vista fino al tetto. Tutti gli spazi hanno dimensioni molto ampie. Grazie all’impiego del legno siamo riusciti ad ottenere un’atmosfera molto confortevole, che adorerete.
Attraverso le scale si accede al 1° piano.
Qui ci sono 1 camera matrimoniale con un divano letto pieghevole (per 2 persone) e 2 camere doppie. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno in marmo.
Il pezzo forte della casa è il grande soffitto in vetro. C’è un comodo divano con TV, un pianoforte e un calcio balilla. Dal divano si gode di una splendida vista panoramica fino alla cucina. Semplicemente fantastico.
Per i più piccoli abbiamo lettini da viaggio e seggioloni a disposizione gratuitamente. Basta chiedere.
All'esterno c’ è una terrazza Bankirai di 100 m2 con grande piscina riscaldata (10 x 3,8 m). La temperatura della piscina è sempre di 24° C per tutto l'anno. Da ottobre a marzo c’è una copertura sopra la piscina. Se si desidera una temperatura di 26° C e 28° C in piscina, è possibile pagando un costo aggiuntivo.
La terrazza è esposta a sud quindi è soleggiata per tutto il giorno e gode di una bella vista nel verde.
In giardino c’è una cabina in legno per la sauna e vasca rotonda in legno per fare il bagno. Entrambi possono essere accesi facilmente con la legna. Veramente divertente. La legna è acquistabile nel negozio di ferramenta e al supermercato.
Per i bambini abbiamo installato un trampolino.
Il giardino ha una superficie di circa 1000 m2 ed è completamente recintato.
Per gli amanti del giardino abbiamo carbonella e barbecue.
D’inverno c’è un fungo che funge da stufa per riscaldare i nostri ospiti. Le bombole del gas sono da riempire dal benzinaio in paese.
Edeka, Aldi e Netto sono nelle vicinanze. Ci sono anche ottimi ristoranti. Con la S – Bahn, da Friedrichshagen, si può raggiungere facilmente il centro di Berlino.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt
Das Haus hat den Erwartungen entsprochen und bot ausreichend Raum für Aktivitäten. Top ausgestattet und das jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hat ist bei der Personenanzahl natürlich purer Luxus. Wir sind froh, das Aufheizen des Pool gebucht zu haben, da wir drei Kleinkinder dabei hatten und Freude beim Plantschen im Pool garantiert war. Das Trampolin war der Hit bei den Kleinen. Vielen Dank für da mühelose Ein- und Auschecken. Es war toll!

Sehr schönes Objekt in super Lage für größere Gruppen
Gut ausgestattetes großes Haus in sehr ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Wir waren mit unserer Familie da. Für alle Altersgruppen mehrere Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (wir waren von 1-66 Jahre) Alles vorhanden von großem Pool, Trampolin, Tischtennis, Tischfußball, Kamin, Badefass, DVD’s, CD’s und super großer Garten.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
Alles war in Ordnung und sauber. Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe...alles in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden. Zwei Spülmaschinen sind bei so vielen Leuten praktisch. Der Pool war das Highlight und hat viel Spaß gemacht. Auch die Tischtennisplatte und das Trampolin wurde von unseren schon erwachsenen Kindern gern genutzt.

Overall things were good. Check out process was a bit rough however as the mgt came early and we felt instead of it being a smooth handoff, we were being kicked out. Not a nice feeling

Perfektes Domizil für eine Woche mit Freunden
Super sauber, toll ausgestattet, hervorragende Betten! Die Nähe zu Berlin macht das Ganze noch attraktiver . Der Tip der Vermieterin über Erkner Berlin zu besuchen war super!
Wir haben das Haus vor allem genutzt um gemeinsam zu kochen und Gesellschaftsspiele zu spielen. Dafür sind sowohl Küche als auch die tollen großen Tische perfekt.
Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!

Tolles Haus und wunderbare Ausstattung, schöne große Küche mit fünf Gasflammen und wirklich großem Backofen! Ein Hit ist der gesonderte große Kühlschrank für Getränke.
Ruhig gelegen. Berlin gut zu erreichen. Pool, Sauna, Trampolin, schöner Rasen, Digitalpiano ... Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Wir haben uns mit 16 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus mit versteckten Zusatzkosten
Wir haben das Haus der Natur für ein Mädelswochenende im März gebucht.
Prinzipiell haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, denn das Haus verfügt nicht nur über tolle Beschäftigungsoptionen (Sauna, Pool, Badefass, Tischtennis, Kicker, einen großen & gepflegten Garten mit Grilloption etc.), sondern auch über einen großzügigen Aufenthaltsbereich im Inneren des Hauses, in dem man gemeinsam Zeit verbringt, selbst wenn der eine Teil kocht, die anderen am Kamin sitzen und der Rest oben kickert.
Auch die Schlafzimmer samt Bädern sind wie der Rest des Hauses sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Das Haus eignet sich also rundum perfekt für größere Gruppen, die gern gemeinsam Zeit verbringen wollen. Deshalb ist es besonders schade, dass sich die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern bzw. der Informationsfluss im Vorfeld als schwierig erwiesen haben. So handelt es sich bei der Sauna bzw. dem Badefass um holzbefeuerte Öfen, die auf Kosten der Mieter mit im Vorfeld gekauften Holz befeuert werden müssen. Zwar gibt es im Garten einen gewissen Bestand an Holz zum selbst hacken, allerdings war dieser durch tagelangen Regen durchnässt und damit nicht verwendbar. Diese Information fehlte uns allerdings, sodass wir nach unserer Ankunft am späten Freitagabend noch schnell einen Baumarkt für frisches Holz aufsuchen mussten. Weiterhin war das Badefass bei Ankunft leer. Vor der Nutzung hätten wir es folglich erstmal befüllen müssen. Gerade bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt sind dies Punkte, die den Mieter unnötig Zeit kosten, das Entspannungslevel schmälern und durch eine bessere Kommunikation definitiv hätten vermieden werden können.
Auch die Beheizung des Pools scheiterte, da wir nicht rechtzeitig informiert wurden, dass eine Erwärmung auf die beworbenen 28 Grad nicht nur für den gesamten Zeitraum, sondern auch frühzeitig gebucht werden muss. Als wir uns für die Beheizung entschieden haben, war es leider schon zu spät.
Dennoch hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Traumhaft schön!
Wir haben unser diesjähriges Weihnachtsfest mit der ganzen Familie in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und es nicht bereut. Unsere Gäste im Alter von 4 bis 92 fühlten sich wohl und genossen jeden einzelnen Tag. Pool, Sauna und Badezuber waren die Highlights. In der großen Küche konnten wir unser Festmahl zubereiten (wenngleich der Herd uns manchmal ein bisschen geärgert hat). Die Zimmer waren sauber und man hat sich bei der Ankunft sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir werden das sicher wiederholen. So ein Haus sucht Seinesgleichen in Mitteldeutschland!

Sehr gut, bis auf Sauna, die enttäuscht
Wir haben unser Jahresabschlussmeeting / Neujahresneuplanung in der Villa gemacht.
Das Haus ist toll, einfach Klasse.
Alles sehr urig, weil über all alles mit Holz verbaut ist.
Auch der Kamin ist super.
Wir haben vor allem die Sauna benutzt. Mussten leider feststellen, dass wir nicht über 70° heizen konnten. Es ist nämlich ein Holzofen verbaut, der einfach keine Power bringt.
Was auch schade ist, ist dass die Liegen in der Sauna nur unten sind, sprich eine Etage verbaut ist. Dadurch ist zwar der Kopf im heißen, aber die Füße sind kalt :-/
Hier würden wir uns sehr freuen,wenn der Vermieter noch nachjustieren kann (Ofen / Etagen)
Wir würden dann nämlich jedes Quartal einmal ein Wochenende unsere Zwischenmeetings dort abhalten.
Den Jakuzzi haben wir nicht genutzt. Dieser ist unserer Meinung nach auch nicht nutzbar, da der Holzofen kaltes Wasser einfach nicht auf Temperatur bringen kann.
Er dient aber super als Kältebecken direkt nach der Sauna ;-D

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wie haben ein tolles Familien-WE erlebt in einem urigen, gemütlichen Holzhaus mit viel Komfort, der keine Wünsche offen ließ. Für die Kids war das Schwimmbad, Trampolin und das warme Badefass ein Erlebnis. Wir haben Fass und Sauna mit selbstgehacktem Holz befeuert. All das hat Riesenspass gemacht. Die Zimmer einschl. zugehörige Bäder sind sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnküche ist super gemütlich. Das erste Mal Grillen auf dem Gasgrill fanden die Männer toll. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

War genau das richtige für die Familie
Hat alles super gepasst. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Für uns (15 Personen) das ideale Feriendomizil. Vor allem die Kinder haben Trampolin und Pool ausgiebig genutzt.

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt!!!
Wir sind zum zweiten mal in diesem tollen Haus, es hat mal wieder an nichts gefehlt. Das Wetter war fantastisch sodass wir den Pool jeden Tag nutzen konnten. Natürlich durfte auch ein Ausflug nach Berlin nicht fehlen, auch der Kalksee und Friedrichshagen war ei Ausflug wert!!

The house and amenities are great. Well maintained and comfortable. Woodfire sauna and hot tub big fun. Also the pool was a real asset, even in winter.
Schoneiche is pleasantly close to Berlin, by car as well as by public transport.
In the neighbourhood nice walking-routes and restaurants.

We stayed for 10 days in the holiday house and enjoyed every minute of it. The house is comfortable, and designed so that the children could sleep upstairs and the adults downstairs. The common/dinning room brought us all together most of the time (unless the children and some of the adults jumping on the trampoline - which was a great success). The outside and surrounding - lovely. We enjoyed the bikes and the toys. There are lots of CDs which we did not get time to hear or see. Also the many TVs in each room - we had no chance to watch.
The house is very clean and aesthetic. Beautifully designed.
Two things to be corrected: 1. No dryer for the laundry (There are two washing machines and 2 dryers in the house but we were allowed to use only one washing machine) With 9 children 8 adults - for ten days???
2. The pool was to be covered in October, to be under a tent. There was nothing like that during our vacation (October 5-October 15). We could not use the pool as a result - The weather beeing too cold.

--It also would have been nice to have an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Some upstairs windows have no coverings, which was especially unpleasant in those rooms where the beds are directly under the skylights. The upstairs rooms also got very hot. Like most places in Germany, this house does not have AC. It also doesn’t have insect screens. This left us with the choice to sleep with open windows and be eaten alive by mosquitoes and little black flies, or to sleep in a sauna.
Last not least I want to point out that the FREE bicycles that to this day (October 15, 2012) are advertised in the header on HomeAway, as well as under the picture and on the “outside” amenities list, are neither free nor on the premises. They were delivered upon request (which is fine), and we were charged 4EUR bike/day. I see now in small print under “other charges” that bikes are 2EUR pp/day. This is still a nice service, but please change your misleading posting and honor the “free” part for those who make their reservations while you advertise the bikes as free.
Overall, this a beautiful house in a great location. With a some improvements it could be truly 5-star!

Bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were well equipped for a group this size, and the pool, hot tub, sauna and trampoline were much appreciated.
