The area was quiet and located very close to the attractions :)

The stairs were steep. Bit tricky to get baby to the top floor.

Having a apartment was nice and relaxed , had a few issues with the cleanliness , contacted manangmemt and the were over straight away as no one else reported it so they were non of the wiser , so they did act fast on it

It wasn’t cleaned properly, soft furnishings had mould on them mould and wet blinds , bathroom was mould all along the shower barrier

booked apartment 2 but was given a partment 1 which was smaller than what i had payed for. no one showed up to solve the problem even after numerous calls. room was not swept ,dusty and bedding was dirty with hair on the sheets.

Found it a bit difficult with the codes to get into the apartment as we had teenagers who were in and out of the apartment at different times to us

 The accommodation was nice and clean and very spacious. The pictures on book in reflect the apartment.

The only downfall is, it’s on two flights of stairs, and there’s no lifts and few of the step to the suite is weak. But in the apartment one of door handle was broken. For better stay there should have had a long handle broom or vacuum to clean the door and sponge to clean the kitchen and table. It needed more sheets and pillows for the sofa beds.

Location and property size was excellent. Communication with property team was great when we had a major issue with the heating/water system. Relocated us as quickly as possible.

Although pictures of the apartment are accurate, a wee freshen up wouldn't do any harm. The entry stairwell needs a bit of repair. Had a major issue with the water tank/heating system which resulted in no hot water. HOWEVER, the property team were great in working to resolve the issue and eventually relocated us to a larger apartment close by.

It's a spacious and we'll furnished apartment in a perfect location for the festival. I liked the decor, how light and airy it is and how well equipped the kitchen is.

The first set of stairs leading up to the apartment felt as though they could cave in at any moment. The floors had not been cleaned so there were bits of dirt and wrappers on the bedroom floor.

Modern apartment in a great location. 2min walk in to the centre next to all Blackpool attractions. Apartment was clean.

The noise both outside and inside the apartment is horrendous. Obviously location means the pub noise is going to be crazy!! That’s not how it is described.. ours said a QUIET street view. It was anything but! I’m talking racket that was obscenely loud until at least 3am if not later. I feel it’s really unfair to describe this property as it is knowing full well the type of location it is placed upon. There was also no mention of the building works going on at the back. The broken steps leading to the apartments means you can hear people all day and night creaking and howling thinking they’re going to fall through it. Perhaps supplying Ear plugs would help people get a better sleep. I’ve been here four nights and probably managed 3hrs a night. *Electrics. There is no electrical socket working by either bed in the bedroom, meaning phones etc must be charged in the living area. The beside lamps don’t work (they have no bulbs in anyway) meaning you need to have the main big light on to read. *Stains. The lino is heavily stained. We could see it was clean but our children didn’t like the idea of stepping over it so we covered them with towels. Probably could just do with a freshen up. *Toilet roll. We just travelled with two small children all the way from Portsmouth 7&1/2 hours in traffic. Both were bursting for a wee and when we arrive we didn’t even have a single square of toilet roll. I did definitely not expect shower gels etc etc in a self contained apartment but I did think at least one loo roll would be standard? *Mirror. There is no mirror in the bathroom at all to shave etc. 3 in the bedroom Inc the wardrobe. Just a thought to maybe move one? *Mattress. The beds mattress maybe could do with upgrading since the springs actually popped into my back. Pretty uncomfortable particularly when you already can’t sleep because of the noise. *Curtains. The place especially the living area really could do with some curtains.

The floor was hoovered cleaned but not mopped ,the floor was dusty not so good for crawling baby

Cleanliness, shower didn’t work, radiator leaking, window was smashed, stains all over the floor, plug sockets didn’t work. Wasn’t worth the money at all. The smells in the room and around the corridors were awful. The photos were deceiving, very disappointing.

The room was fantastic. Bed was comfy. Very clean. Great view. Close to everything.

The shower and the sink were not draining that quick. The stairs into the building were a nightmare. I knew there would be stairs, but aboutbthe 7/8th step up it is literally bowing to step on. I was afraid to step on it in fear of it breaking, several times I thought it was going to because of the sound.

big cardboard box in the hallway, ironing board propped up in living room, cot in bedroom, stains on the sofa covered up by a throw, no lamps in lounge area just harsh spotlights. Cut corners for the quite high price. You need to be 6ft 3 to open or close the blinds in the bedrooms.
