Great hosts , very warm welcome,

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was exceptional, staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble.

I had trouble finding it on Albert Road, so I had to call. They informed us where to go and we arrived safely. I must add there were several road works/closures meaning we couldn't go the Google Maps way

It felt like a home from home which was needed. Host us very friendly, very clean and comfortable

Soon as you walk in the freshness and polite owners fantastic.

Top marks to the chef breakfast fresh hot and very tasty.

It was amazing too local night life and too restaurants cafes an winter Gardens

Room 12 far too noisy never slept but it is Blackpool neighbours letting children out at 7 in the morning didn't help dogs barking an a noisy neighbour having a bit off freelance but that's fair enough the owners are lovely people home in my bed now goodnight an God bless X

Very comfortable and stylishly decorated. My room was lovely and just the right size for me. Also enough close to all amenities.

The shower. I had to get into the bath to get the shower-head down so I could turn the taps on as the shower door was stuck in place. Lovely once I got the temperature right though.

the staff are amazing and so friendly , the room was a good size comfortable bed’s plenty of towels and toiletries. I’m not a girl but really respect this hotel provides free sanitary products for female guests. a big brownie point from me on that one.

one thing that didn’t annoy me but have to mention is that the shower didn’t have very much pressure at all. this is understandable however because of the size of the hotel and the amount of rooms but hygiene is my number one priority and because of the water flow I felt I wasn’t clean as I would of liked to be

We had a fantastic stay at the Carlton. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds extremely comfortable, lovely breakfast and welcoming hosts. Location also very central. If we're back in Blackpool, we will definitely be staying here
