The property is great and is placed within all holiday amenities

Breakfast was very good. Room was decent size and clean with qood quality cotton bedding. Staff were really nice and friendly. Location was ok for the winter gardens and close to shopping centre beach etc.

Parking was very expensive at 10 pounds per night.

Location was close to the town centre and beach. For the price we paid it was great and the breakfast was a bonus. The staff at breakfast very fast at serving, so no waiting around. The lady checking rooms numbers and bringing juice to tables was fantastic.

The seagulls don't seem to sleep.

Excellent value for money, Breakfast included in the price was 5star. Counter staff bar staff and the restaurant and staff were excellent. I would definitely go back.

Room 5 had a water running noise almost constantly.

Really impressed. Good location, good for parking, well maintained and clean. Nice sports bar and helpful friendly staff. Will definitely be staying there for future trips to Blackpool.

If there was a very slight possible improvement then it would be that the room was a little but on the cool side at night but wasn't too bad.

Massive value for money, budget hotel as you expect but staff attention to deal and what they have to offer against other guest places on the same road is a massive stand out. Good parking, bar attached with a good pool table. Also darts fans at night got 50% off drinks, we only had 2 drinks at this price but the gesture and thought to look after the customers goes a long way in ensuring guests return in the future

When we checked out the manager was rude, we’re only given half the deposit back for one of the rooms and clearly took advantage of a group of young lads who were in a rush, a**e*ole!

Location was relatively near the hustle and bustle however fights in the streets by nearby druggies who live in the flats, made me feel a little unsettled. Norma Jean room was decorated funky

Breakfast was average but a bit sparse (only one bacon, sausage, egg etc, no mushrooms or black pudding to be seen) was advertised as buffet style all you can eat but had to order and they'd bring it which makes people feel uncomfortable asking for more. Room was below standard. Upgraded to superior but couldn't swing a cat it was that small. Room was tired and needed a lot of tlc to bring up to standard. Mold on windows, wallpaper peeling off walls, 70's carpet, old bathroom suite and not much room to even get dried out of shower. Rooms are a trek to get to being up narrow and steep staircases making it very hard to manoeuvre when carrying luggage Staff were a bit cliquey just talking to guests that appear to be revisiting. As we were checking out, we saw more staff come on shift who were clearly more efficient, making us realise this hotel is very much geared up and mainly focused for the stag and hen parties. They don't seem bothered about the rest of us who just want a small mid week break there

GREAT RECEPTION, NICE CLEAN ROOM AND QUIET

The hotel was perfect what we needed, a base camp, it was 10 minutes walk to the promenade central pier ideal. The staff where very friendly and accommodating to our group of 11. Breakfast was nice and it was table service with free tea/coffee and juices. The bar is 24hr and the staff are more than happy to keep it open as long as you want. If ever visiting Blackpool again I would stay here again.
