Breakfast food was excellent as well as staff - so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern, had everything we needed - loved that there were real glasses in the room!

Some noise from the turnpike in the room but that can't be helped.

Power outage first night for several hours. But that’s not anyone’s fault.

Nothing!!! I was unable to even check in! The front desk is really unfriendly, and my reservation was cancelled before I arrived. They claimed that I contacted to cancel my reservation a day in advance, but that is untrue. Our decision to leave and find a different hotel was based on the attitude of the desk clerk, who has no skills in providing excellent customer service. Her manager was present and tried to assist but we made a decision to just leave. People who work in customer service need to be able to handle difficult situations and satisfy clients, but that person has to be dismissed or at the very least receive training because else, she will end up costing the hotel a lot of money. I took her name and I’ll report her to the hotel customer service hotline. I never write terrible reviews, but this lady's lack of professionalism made me furious. I don’t recommend this hotel!!!
