I liked that the beds were comfortable and it was a good location.

I didn’t like that the cleaning service took my property. the front desk said it was a mistake because the maid thought we checked out. I demand a refund for the final night because I couldn’t be there any longer after the staff gave me the run around and claimed some woman had paid my bill for me while we were away from the property earlier in the day. My shirt was returned to me but the other items were thrown out. Himalayan alkaline water, charcoal toothpaste,2 tooth brushes. they denied me any type of a refund.

It was a last minute reservation but it was close to our event. I read the reviews so I knew we would be fine there. It is an older building that needs some updates but it was great for what we needed. Clean , friendly and comfortable!! Well worth it. We did not eat breakfast.

No issues or problems. The elevator door did stick twice but finally opened. Everything else was fine.

Not enough towels, Very small elevators located at the end of a long hallway. Too far away from rooms. Note the breakfast buffet is not included with the room charge. It is an additional cost.

Breakfast was great with all the options you could think of.

The late night party by the pool...music blaring until 11pm. This property has so much potential but it's obviously not taken care of. Even a simple walk around outside picking up all the trash on the ground would help.

On Booking.com it was mentioned breakfast included but when we went to have breakfast they told us it is is not included and we need to pay. Staff at the front desk didn’t mention this at the time of checking-in .

booked an accessible room. it was not available upon arrival. The hotel was not going to find me a room then they did and the shower was broke and the grab bars were loosened from the floor. After that I was able to take a child to the pool and when he was getting out the step out of the pool broke on his leg which created a huge cut and he was bleeding in the pool. EMS was called and he was transported to the local hospital and received 10 staples. When we returned the pool was still open. I tried to talk to staff about the situation and they would not provide me with contact to a manager. It has now been three days and I still have not been able to talk to a manager. The hotel clerk told me yesterday the pool was never closed. very unsafe and unprofessional!!!

Elevator didn t work , half the time so I had to take the stairs ,bathroom sink didn t drain ( had to go down and request it to be drained and fixed) windows were all smudged so I took a wash cloth and cleaned it myself toilet moved when you sat on it. Bathtub faucet was so hard to shut off so it dripped all night. But the pool was great and the person at check in was very nice about fixing everything .
