Their staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are clean just like the entire facility and everything is working correctly. The area is safe, it's quiet and close to restaurants. There's plenty of parking.

It was close to were I needed to be
The first room I was given was not cleaned or prepared after the previous guest left. The second room had a broken TV that the staff could not fix. The pool that is advertised was not available due to failed inspections so the kids could not use it. The elevator broke down and the ice machine did not work

Nothing. We didn’t end up staying.
We didn’t end up staying and got refunded. The room smelled like cat urine. The box spring cover was missing on one bed and torn on the other and had cat hair stuck to it. The sheets and towels and bathroom appeared white and clean. Both beds sagged very bad. The couch had stains all over it. I pulled the filters on the a/c units and they were completely clogged. We just couldn’t stomach staying there. The girl up front was nice and refunded us with no problems.

Room wreaked of cigarette smoke; called front desk to report and as I was talking, my boyfriend was yelling in background (because he overheard girl saying I had to call Priceline for refund)so she desk hung up on ME. Decided to go speak in person and (same girl at front desk who checked us in; who was nice all of a sudden now was very rude and ghetto and just hung up on me)is still yelling at me!!but I’m speaking to her with respect, she was very rude to the company I was with, threatened to call police, although I talked nice and apologized for my company and explained to her that she misconstrued words she overheard on the phone. Manager arrived back at hotel and was more professional and handled situation; refund given.

Their was no ice bucket in the room. The bed was uneven. I was surprised the shower didn't have a grab bar(s).

The room was dirty and the bedding had crums and dirty, and the mattress had stains. There was a used condom underneath the bed. The room was dirty and disgusting

We didn’t need much- just to stay the night. It was affordable, but after staying, I would have definitely paid more for a better hotel. Staff was kind when directly engaged.
Staff were largely inattentive. We stood at the front desk with two employees there for 3 or 4 minutes before we were acknowledged. It was moderately late- about 8pm - and I wanted to get my kid up to bed. There was a mistake with my booking request and the room I was assured we could get was occupied. On its own, an understandable mistake. But, coupled with stained sheets, an icy room, lumpy bed, too few pillows and blankets for my family of three, it was a very poor experience.

As always the staff like Nikki and Doug made all the difference for me. Very dedicated and hard working people. The rooms are cheap, nice and big. I would recommend this place to friends.
