We were visiting Maine for a good friend’s daughter’s wedding. A group of old high school friends with spouses. The house was wonderful and we were so thankful that we didn’t stay in a hotel. The views were amazing. The three stories of the house allowed us plenty of private areas. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we were so thankful to have coffee waiting together with the little extras such as aluminum foil, trash bags, and laundry detergent. Would definitely recommend this owner and property to anyone traveling to Maine. Five stars!!!!!

Stunning home, spectacular view
This home is absolutely lovely with spectacular ocean views from all 3 floors. There is a spa bathtub in the master bath. The air conditioning is nice and cool. The sun sets in the morning are glorious. This is a lovely location, about a 4 minute drive from Short Sands and a 2 minute drive from Nubble Lighthouse. We walked to a nearby ice cream shop, and drove everywhere else. (I imagine the beach could be walkable, but when carrying beach gear it would be a pretty long walk, and the parking at Short Sands is inexpensive and ample). The kitchen is well stocked with the basics. Nice full size laundry facilities in the home. The 3-floor set up allows for lots of privacy. No problem parking 1-2 cars right out front. Quiet neighborhood. Very lovely.

Absolutely stunning views of the ocean. Immaculately clean home. Beautifully decorated. Close to all the attractions you want to see or just sit and admire the beautiful coast. You cannot go wrong with this home!

Fantastic views and nice property
This was a nice, clean higher-end house, with fantastic views and a gorgeous deck. The property manager was very responsive and effective and the location was convenient for access to Short Sands or Long Sands beaches.

Magical beach house
We loved this house! It was beautiful and spacious with all the amenities. We walked down to Short Sands beach every day and just really enjoyed our vacation.

Great Property - Great Property Owner
The property was fantastic, well appointed and with spectacular views. We had a few minor concerns when we arrived and the owner Rick called us immediately and resolved everything . We've rented many upscale properties in high demand areas and found managers and owners simply take the renter for granted. More often than not, these properties were dirty and less than what was presented. Rick and this property restored our faith that some owners still really care about your experience. Great property, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely fabulous
My mother and I had a girls weekend here and it was so perfect. This was the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The views are unreal, the pictures don’t even do it justice. We never wanted to leave the house! Along with the spectacular views, the house was extremely well equipped and so comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and quiet. The bathrooms are luxurious, and the kitchen is beautiful! It was an easy walk to short sands beach and the neighborhood was lovely. I really can’t say enough good things about this property. We will definitely be back!

Dream vacation
The views of the ocean were just spectacular! This house was just so perfect for me and my family to enjoy a dream vacation. I woke up every morning to watch the beautiful sunrise right from the deck with my coffee. There is amazing views from every window it is just breathtaking! The sound system was wonderful we used it all week, playing games on deck or eating our meals or just hanging out. I honestly never wanted to leave the house. The owner Rick was so accommodating to all my questions and wonderful property manager Bruce was there to help with any needs plus a nice chat! It’s perfect location where it’s close enough to walk to beach, town or to the lighthouse. I would definitely go back I’m already dreaming of it! -CindyZ

This property does not disappoint. Beautiful, clean and great neighborhood... short sands beach and Nubble lighthouse within walking distance. Sunrise views from every room. My family and l were pleasantly surprised with this gem.

Perfection!
When our Hawaiian vacation was canceled, we booked this as an alternative. We weren’t sorry! The setting and view rivaled any place we’ve ever been. The high-end decor, appliances, and amenities were a bonus. The host was extremely pleasant and responsive. Highly recommend!

We're coming back!
Property is on a prime location that offers great ocean views as well as the relaxing sound of the waves crashing on the rocks. In addition to the lure of being right on the coast, the property itself earns top scores. It is fairly new (2014), includes many amenities such as fireplaces, a well-equipped kitchen, three balconies, close parking, good climate controls, etc.
We used this as our home base and made several day trips through the course of the week. High marks all around!

Incredible views!
Beautiful house on the water with incredible views! Rick was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:
- Sonos sound system was awesome - we didn’t turn it off the entire trip!
- fireplaces were a treat on cool nights.
- unbeatable view with great balconies on each floor - perfect for coffee in morning and wine at night!
- great kitchen with most utensils needed (we cooked every night and took advantage of the grill).
- new grill right off kitchen area.
- master bedroom has huge walk-in which was perfect spot for a crib!
Cons:
- balcony furniture seemed to take a while to dry after raining. Didn’t see covers but they may have been there.
- bed pillows could use an upgrade to something more cushy.
- living room only comfortably sits ~ 4 people (there is a padded bench but wouldn’t be comfortable for extended sitting)

Peaceful getaway well appointed with priceless view of sunrise
Great experience and stay in Cape Neddick on quite private street and house right on water. House was well equipped, awesome kitchen, great sonos sound system and phenomenal views of the Atlantic. Rick and Brian were very responsive to our questions/help requests.
Can't wait to come back!

This is my second year in a row enjoying this beautiful home. Thank you Rick. We had a Wonderful time as always, the weather was great, and the views of the sun rising were outstanding. Beautiful
The house is very well taken care of. The kitchen, bathrooms were very well stocked. We had a question and Bruce responded very quickly. Our stay was quite enjoyable and I would highly recommend it.

Just an Amazing Place to visit. Who needs to travel the World when some of the Best spots are right here in New England! Amazing ocean front paradise!
What a BEAUTIFUL place! Can't say enough positives about this home. It was exactly like the photos - clean, open, bright and everything high-end and top notch. They really thought of everything! The views are amazing and the location was perfect for us. Short Sands Beach is a short walk & has restaurants & little shops to browse in. Great for all ages. Long Sands is a little farther (we drove the 5 min - too much to carry) but what a great beach.
Ogunquit is a quick 15 min drive up 1A. But we really enjoyed exploring York Beach. We were pleasantly surprised at all it has to offer.
We had an amazing week in York Beach and absolutely LOVED this home. And... we had a special visitor right off the front of the house (twice) - a huge sea turtle! That was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again & recommend this home to family/friends. Thank you Rick for sharing your beautiful home with us and for being such a gracious host.

Comfortable, Clean and Contemporary
My husband and I, with our sons and their spouses had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! The living area and kitchen is very comfortable and well appointed. We had a couple of rainy days where we stayed at the house and cooked in and played games. There are also 3 decks, one on each level of the house. However, the most special feature of the house is the location overlooking the ocean. There’s nothing like the sound of the waves crashing up against the rocks. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach, the town and the lighthouse. We’re already talking about returning next summer!

Peaceful Ocean Rest
My wife and two dogs enjoyed a refreshing week in Unit 3 with restful sounds of the Atlantic crashing on the rocks below. The best part is the fantastic view of the ocean. The house is very well equipped, clean, and new construction. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Awesome
This is the second year we rented for Easter Weekend. Beautiful house with plenty of room for all five of us plus our dog Maya. The kitchen was well equipped, it was a pleasure cooking! This house is in a great location. The beautiful ocean view surrounds you from every room in the house. We took walks to Short Beach and The Nubble Lighthouse. At night we watched movies and played games by the fire. I can't wait for next Easter to come back.

Gorgeous property with amazing views.
This vacation home was more than we could have ever asked for. The accommodations were perfect for a relaxing and peaceful winter getaway. The home has everything you need to settle right in and the views are breathtaking. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and with the friendly and attentive management.

Amazing Rental
We stayed as hurricane Jose was passing by, which made it difficult to sit outside. But the rental was so accommodating and the views so spectacular it simply didn't matter. The kitchen has every amenity and utensil imaginable with all high end appliances. The lighting, access to music, televisions, fireplaces and complete atmosphere of this place made us want to stay longer. The town York, has friendly, polite people that add to the quality of the experience. I can't adequately describe how pleased I am with the decision to stay at Rick's place. Oh, and Rick (the owner) was kind and accommodating. In this case, you truly get what you pay for.

Exceeded expectations
Perfect house for a reunion of 4 friends. Tons of light, immaculately clean and views to take your breath away. Despite it being mid-October, we were able to eat outdoors and in fact, spent most of our time sitting on the spacious balcony with comfortable seating.
The bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you would need and the kitchen had spices and every cooking implement we needed.
Beautiful property and location could not be better. Walking distance to the Nubble lighthouse, Short Sands beach.....i will be returning.
