-The wall is not concrete so you can hear the sound from the other room -The bathroom smells -Tv wasn’t working -Shower didn’t have pressure -Area has slow internet

the staff are very accommodating and patient. they deserve a good pay.

the staff were very helpful especially the one assigned in the front desk. He was very accommodating when we asked if we can refund the remaining two nights of our booking since we didn't expect our room to be like that. since we were not allowed by redoorz to refund, he offered us a transfer to another room which we declined. if there's one thing I would complain about the staff, that would be their non compliance to basic health protocols. most of the time, the front desk was not wearing a mask. even the one who cleaned our room.

The room assigned to us was far from the description of being "clean and sanitized". I recommended citiscape to my cousin because that was were I stayed february 2020 and I was really satisfied with the facility but when when my cousin and I checked in last november 17, 2021..the facility was already filthy. Our bathroom door cannot be closed. The room felt damp. the aircon and walls were dirty.. We decided to stay for the night because we were so tired due to our long travel. the next day we transfered even if we couldn't get our two nights refund..the room was dirty. it was the opposite of what was said on booking sites.

Staffs were accommodating they did provide my request for towels but they gave us a trash like towels with names written on it.

There were no towels provided. Wifi and cable is not functioning.
