Questo condominio è stato recentemente ristrutturato. Abbiamo acquistato questo condominio e abbiamo completamente aggiornato l'interno. Di recente abbiamo installato finestre a prova di uragano e porte scorrevoli in vetro che sembrano davvero belle Abbiamo aggiornato i pavimenti del condominio con piastrelle di ceramica. Il condominio è decorato in tema spiaggia che sono sicuro che adorerai. La camera da letto principale ha una lussuosa moquette con un materasso pillow top king size. Puoi lasciare aperta la porta a vetri scorrevole e ascoltare le onde mentre dormi. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e full size per la vostra convenienza. Abbiamo 2 bagni. Abbiamo lettori DVD sia in camera da letto che in soggiorno. Forniamo libri per il tuo divertimento nella lettura. La cucina è arredata con elettrodomestici nuovi e un bellissimo ripiano in granito. Loved the location of this place and how it was just steps to the beach! The beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella were such a great extra! Close to a Walmart to get all your supplies and then less than 15 to Destin for more restaurants and a busy, fun boardwalk! Will def be back😊

We enjoyed this condo. Just a short walk to beach access. Condo was clean, right amount of room for our family. Property manager thought of everything including snacks for us, extra ice machine, and a closet with everything we would need on the beach. We also loved the beach service chairs and umbrella provided. My son enjoyed the pool. We won’t forget our stay!

The condo was fantastic!! It was a home away from home. The access to the beach was great. The property manager Tina, was fantastic, very quick to respond with any questions I had. We will definitely go back.

This condo was perfect for me and my 4 kids!! The location was so good!! We loved being able to just walk right to the beach!! The owners supplied us with chairs and umbrellas!! It was so convenient. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at Okaloosa Island Condo. The condo had everything we needed, beautiful view of ocean, great pool area and we enjoyed the beach service. The area has so much to do and offer. A great Spring Getaway!

We were extremely happy with our stay in the condo. The walls were thick enough that we couldn't hear the neighbors, the water pressure was good, the mattresses were good. We found the kitchen to have everything we needed and the living space to be very comfortable. We could not have been happier with the location and the immediacy of the beach. All in all it was a perfect trip.

Relaxing
This was what we were looking for, a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Property and condo complex was quiet and clean. Beach was pretty white sand. It was rare to hear any noisy people or construction. Enjoyed the pool and tennis court. If you are looking for a "party" atmosphere, Destin is where you should stay, not here. Loved it.

Peaceful getaway
Such an amazing spot! Right on the ocean, and so close to the Destin touristy things to do, but if you want, you can just stay in the condo and relax at the beautiful beach or hang out by the pool. This home is very well supplied and is one of the only places that had everything I need to cook and keep whatever we made. The owners were so quick to respond to any and all questions. We highly recommend this rental!

Perfect family spot
We had such a relaxing week staying at the Emerald Isle. Tina was very accommodating and made sure we had all we needed to have a great time. Excellent location, many restaurants close by, and family activities. Enjoyed the pool and the beach daily.

Felt like home
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in your condo. Thank you for giving me your cell phone number incase I had any questions. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean. Once I walked out onto the beach, the sunsets were amazing!!

The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. My only issue was my not reading the property description closely enough. My bad... This was my first of many stays in the area that we were not directly on the beach. We did miss sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful white sand. The parking lot was not so appealing. The owner was extremely accommodating to our needs. If being directly on the beach is not important to you, this condo would be a great choice.

Fun on the Island
All we needed for a quick getaway, condo clean and well organized, close to all that we wanted to do: beach, pool, and shopping. Loved the garbage chutes down the hallway, instead of having to carry downstairs!!

Great Vacation
Had a great vacation. Unit was exactly like pictured and Tina was wonderful to work with. She called the second day we were there to make sure we arrived ok and to make sure everything was good. She told us to call her if we ran into any problems. Would definitely look at staying again if we are in the area!

Everything you need
Easy to get to & away from all the hustle and bustle but just minutes away from fun and food. Has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Seriously, they thought of everything so just pack you beach towels and enjoy the beach. Sleeping arrangements were great for our family of five. Great views and easy walk to the beach. Having the beach service was wonderful. Would recommend and stay again

Perfect Beach Condo w/ all your needs and more! - SC
This beach condo is a perfect little place to stay while visiting Destin, FL. You are out of the hustle and bustle but close enough you won’t miss a thing! Definitely get that beach vibe as soon as you walk it. Couch was comfy and the patio furniture was perfect to enjoy an early morning cup of joe or evening dinner! Perfect view of ocean! Walking distance to beach isn’t that far, perfect if have little ones! The owners have everything you need to enjoy a perfect day on beach, chairs, tents, beach toys, and cooler! The water was clear and an indescribable blue/green and the sand is white and soft, and didn’t get hot...nothing like we have back home! Tina was very responsive to all questions we had and always available! We made so many wonderful memories and would definitely book here again! Thanks again Tina

If your looking for a great place to stay, without the crowds, high rise headaches and a wonderful propert man anger who takes care of having the small things available to make your stay less hectic then this is the place for you. It was perfect and we will stay again!

Wonderful, quite, and clean!
