The bathroom is super small. I meant, it is even smaller than bathroom in Tokyo. The hotel is far away from everything. There is no parking, no hot water, no coffee maker, no AC in the room. I paid $2.5 for a 30cc cup of hot water, ridiculous. The room is next to a train rail and there are constructions going on. The loud noise from construction and the train kept me up all night. There is no staff on site. You have to email them to find out information. It’s not worth the money. I would not recommend and will not book this hotel again.

The room was really nice! Comfortable and the location is really nice. Easily accessible by public transport or cab. They provide free locker services which are based on availability and they answer pretty quickly if we have any questions. There are also vending machines that have really good hot chocolate, coffee and personal hygiene kits.

The room lacked storage space which made it very difficult for us to store luggages. The bathroom was also small.

The hotel was very expensive and not worth it. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There was no staff to help with checking in. We had cockroaches in our room. There is no AC and no fan either. Our bedding was not clean and appeared used as there were stains. Very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

Me gustó que estaba muy limpio y las camas eran cómodas. Además, nos sorprendió y nos gustó que la tele tuviera Netflix, ya que ese día/noche nos llovió!

No me gustó que no hubiera absolutamente ningun recepcionista o trabajador, todo el checking es con tecnologia asi que si tienes algún problema tendrás que llamar por teléfono (que al no haber roaming puede ser muy costoso). El baño era enano, incomodísimo la verdad. Y la ubicación no está nada cerca del centro, en transporte público está bien comunicado pero caminando es imposible. El mando de la tele iba bastante mal. Y no se, la verdad que el precio fue muy elevado para lo que al final era.

- That it’s entirely self check-in; I never saw a member of staff during my stay. Call me old fashioned, but I personally prefer to be able to deal directly with staff, especially if there are any issues - It’s a long walk from the train station, through not a great neighbourhood - Our room faced onto a courtyard, which was somewhat nice, until there were lots of young children screaming at the top of their lungs for hours until late - There is no AC or even a fan and it was very hot, so we had to have the window open; this was then an issue considering the noise mentioned above - Very small room - Sink in the bedroom, not in the bathroom. Personal preference, but I would rather wash my hands straight after the toilet, before touching doors etc to get into the next room

Perfect for a family for one night. We flew into Zurich late and had an early train out to Interlaken. The hotel sits in a perfect location between the airport and the train station with the train stopping in front of the hotel. We loved the self check in, food and beverage vending and the ability to make our own keys. Our room was spacious and clean with a full bed for us and twin beds for our children.

We took the elevator to the top floor on a cool rainy night around midnight, and our room was about 30 degrees (86 ish Fahrenheit). We opened the window, but there was no breeze. We pulled one mattress from the other room to under the window so one of our children could sleep. The trains blew by every few minutes making it hard to sleep, and at 7:00 construction started near the tracks, so the workers installed an alarm/siren that went off as each train approached for safety. We slept maybe 5 hours in the noise and heat.

the toilet bowl was leaking in the first room appointed, the toilet had stains of the previous guest in the second appointed room. the room was very very dirty. No safety by entering the main entrance of the hotel because there is not enough space in front of the entrance. not enough space in front of the lift especially if fire breaks out.

Very Nice Building, even though near the railway decently quiet.

Room is literally just the bed and a little Bathroom, nothing else. But what is there is nice enough

The hostel is lovely and extremely neat and clean.

There is not much to do around the hostel like restaurants and pubs. We had to take the train to go to places.
