Very nice condo with direct view of the ocean. Everything was in great shape. Nice furniture on the balcony. Owner checked in to make sure we got in and everything was good. Would definitely rent this unit again. We love Sandcastles and have rented several units there. This is one of the best 3 bedrooms.

Such a great place to stay… Location is perfect, views are amazing and the condo is super clean! You will have everything you need when you stay here… the condo is well stocked with all the little extras! Highly recommend!

The condo, 411, is extremely well maintained, stocked with anything you need, and decorated very tastefully. There was some outside painting being done and while it didn't bother us, Keith was extremely attentive asking if we needed anything to make it easier. Everything about this property is high class. The whole family really enjoyed the stay and hope to return!

Located in Sand Castles, this condo is such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy family time. The view from the living space is very expansive and elevated by the wall of mirrors, giving the feel of a 360 degrees beach view. And the Florida decore throughout the unit only adds to the relaxed vacation vibe. You have no choice but to relax and lean into that chill feel!
It is located in an area that is quiet because it is not so close to the pier, but definitely not so quiet as to feel deserted. There was even a lifeguard on duty while we were there. We enjoyed swimming and using the beach gear provided by our generous host.
The unit is well appointed with everything we needed, and there are grocery stores close by. In addition, the restaurants in the area have wonderful fresh seafood. The location of this unit provides easy access to the major attractions, and we even watched a rocket launch from our balcony!
We definitely recommend staying here and are already planning our return visit!

The condo is very nice and was plenty of room for myself, my wife and our three kids (ages 17-23). It is fully stocked with everything you might need so you really don't need to bring much of anything. Great view of the ocean, and you are close to many things to do in and around Cocoa Beach.
Keith (the owner) was very helpful. When we rented the place, he had warned us up front there was work being done at Sandcastles this summer, and there was a chance they would be replacing the window in one of the bedrooms. The workers didn't give him much notice as to what they were doing, and when, and unfortunately our balcony was being worked on the whole time we were there. It got really loud in the condo, so after a couple of days Keith was able to help us switch to a different condo where work had already been done. He didn't have to do it, but he credited us for the nights we didn't use the condo so we could rent from someone he knew, which was really appreciated. Through it all he was always in contact. Whether it was the weeks leading up to our stay or during our visit - he was quick to answer any questions we needed and helping where he could.
I can not recommend this condo and working with Keith enough. If we come back to Cocoa Beach, I will for sure be reaching out to him.

Beautiful condo. Beautiful beach. Beautiful views of the ocean. Beautiful weather. Could not have had a better vacation. Keith was the most responsive manager I have ever encountered. For example, the dryer was making a horrible noise. We contacted Keith and the next day a new dryer was installed! We will be back next year!

We had to find an alternate location last minute due to Ian, and we definitely lucked out! Oceanfront condo with plenty of room for the five of us to do our thing, both inside and out. Beach, pool, rocket launches and Kennedy space center all got accomplished! Also a great location for a variety of dining and shopping choices. Thank you!

The condo has gorgeous views. Great way to start your day watching the sunrise from the balcony. Condo is beautiful with all the amenities. The family had an amazing time on the beach with the huge waves!!!! Keith was very easy to get in touch with. Would definitely come back!

We spent a wonderful week at this spectacular property. The view from the condo is unprecedented. If one's timing is right you can catch upcoming rocket launches from Cape Canaveral from the patio or the beach just below. We did!

Keith was awesome and the place exceptionally clean! It was a wonderful vacation directly on the beach and an hour from Disney.

Lovely condo everything you could need for a great time. Every morning coffee on the balcony and drinks in the evening. The beauty and sound of the ocean was wonderful and relaxing. Definitely my zen spot. Very happy time at 411!

Very nice unit!
The unit was clean, plenty of space, and well furnished. If you are looking to stay at a resort that has it’s own restaurant, exercise facilities, etc… this might not be the place for you. If you are looking for a well appointed unit to spend time with friends and/or family and enjoy the beach, this is the place for you.

Property was very clean, lots of amenities. Loved the balcony furniture very comfortable. Pool and hot tub very clean. Property well maintained. Enjoyed our stay can’t wait to come back

Best 3BR in Sandcastles!
We’ve stayed 9 times in 4 different units and this condo was the absolute best—-super clean, furniture good quality and in great condition, and had absolutely everything we needed. I wish we had chosen this when our kids were smaller as even comes equipped with pack n play and other helpful baby items! Highlight was watching space x rocket launch from the balcony! Thank you and we will be back!

Amazing ocean view in beautiful and spacious condo
Amazing ocean view. The condo was the perfect size with lots of amenities. The owner was extremely responsive. The property is older so the gate to the beach and the pool required a key - which was difficult to manage with the different ages and interests in our group. The small single grill was only available until 4pm and required a deposit; when we went to check it out the staff member present was very rude.

Great condo!
The condo was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Located with a beach front view. The views were amazing and we couldn’t have had a better location. Keith was great through the process. He was full of information. He called us the morning after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. He was easily accessible if we had any questions or needed anything.

Would definitely go back…
Was a great place with a great location. It was nicer than the pictures. The owner was great to talk to through out the checkin and instructions. Plus was very helpful with questions about the area. To us however, it was the little things the owners did to make it a perfect stay. From the beach items for use down to the extra sunscreen and aloe they had out just in case you forgot yours. This place had everything well thought out and the location and views that compares to no others.

Saving Our Vacation
We were recently faced with the dilemma of going on a long planned cruise, or staying home due to the “omicron surge”. There were far too many reports of crew members and guests testing positive and facing week long quarantine for our liking, so we searched for a viable alternative. How fortunate we were to find this beautiful condo available right in Cocoa Beach. We did not need to change our flights and our vacation was saved. The unit is clean, well stocked with everything one would require for a beach holiday, and right on the beach. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the communication with the host was fantastic. We were located a walk away from restaurants , beachfront tiki bars and were very close to the grocery store for supplies. Do not hesitate to book this unit. You will be very pleased!

Sandcastles Condo
The view from the corner condo was beautiful. We found everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable--plenty of linens, well-stocked kitchen, toys for the kids, chairs for the adults, and lots of jigsaw puzzles for the puzzle addict in our group. We especially liked the furniture on the deck. The pool was great, the hot tub even better. All in all, a great place to stay.

Amazing all around
Keith (the owner) was excellent at communicating. He answered our questions very quickly, every time we asked something. He has so many toys for the kids and beach gear for all. The kitchen is very well stocked too. Makes life easy to not worry of bringing all things down with you. Just relax and enjoy. The views were breathtaking from the balcony. My family rented both of his units next to one another. Both front ocean views. Definitely a place i would go again.
