Excelente apartment with everything you need ! Very close, to train station, restaurants, and supermarket ( 3 minutes walk) and 15 minutes train ride to Munich center. Excellent and quick communication with the owners, great info about direction to and from the airport to the house. A beautiful and relaxing neighborhood, feeling very secure at anytime of the day and night. If we come back to Munich, not a doubt we will go back to this apartment. We really enjoyed our stay in the Schmidt's cozy apartment. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, we liked being in a quiet suburb, and the Sbahn, shops and good restaurants were a short walk away. Highly recommended!

It was very easy to find and very easy to get in and out of central Munich (about 17 minutes on the S-bahn). Only a few minutes walk to the station. Eberhardt and Marianne were lovely and spoke perfect English. WiFi worked well which pleased my son The bed was very comfy. The first day was extremely hot and it was difficult to get cool without any air conditioning. We opened all the windows and luckily some had anti-insect netting. Very clean and bright. Nice peaceful location too with some cafés and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Very nice Appartment in Unterhaching. Very clean and roomy, the 2nd bedroom is up a steep stair and has very low slanted walls, so not good for older folks. The area is quiet, in a nice neighbour hood but has access to public transportation within short walking distance. The picture gives the impression, that it has a door to the outside, but it is in the 2nd.floor and has no access to outside. Owner lives on the 1st.floor.

Everyone in the family was very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and a good amount of dishes. Easy Peary to get to Munich by train and you can buy multiple days. And every morning we were awakened with cheerful music from the birds. Glad we chose to stay here

The Town House is equipped and furnished with all that is needed for a comfortable weeklong stay in Munich. It is close to trains and a variety of good restaurants and grocery stores. Our hosts were helpful and welcoming.

Apartment was very clean and accommodating. The hosts were very helpful and thorough. It was a short 5 min walk from the train stations to get anywhere in the city. The neighborhood is very residential and we felt very safe. There are a few restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance from the flat.

This lovely, spacious and clean apartment is about a 20 minute, very easy metro/train ride into Munich. The hosts are warm and friendly, and very helpful. We loved being out of the hustle and bustle (and cost) of downtown Munich and in this lovely, residential area. Area is safe for walking and jogging and we loved going back and preparing our dinners in this quiet, great space. Definitely worth being outside of the city for.

Our stay was wonderful. The flat is located in a quiet safe neighborhood near everything you would need. Restaurant, shopping, grocery store, and underground transportation is all in walking distance. The underground takes about 15 - 20 min to the center of Munich. The flat is comfortable and Eberhard and Marianne are very helpful, they will provide all the information you would need. Also, there is a 300 euro refundable deposit that you will need to pay, however they are prompt in giving the deposit back after your stay, as long as no damage has accured. The flat is very spacious, lots of room to spread out, great for multiple people or couples. Had a lovely time. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We would definitely stay and recommend this flat.

This apartment is located in a quiet community in the Unterhaching section of Munich. It is very comfortable and well-equipped with a bedroom, separate sleeping area in a loft, kitchen, and bathroom. The owners and hosts are very friendly and keep the apartment in tip-top clean and organized condition. They gladly provided information (in the form of brochures and verbal advice) about the area. The apartment is located on the second floor of the home and has its own access staircase and entry key. Unterhaching is easily reachable from Munich's airport or main train station by using the U-Bahn/S-Bahn system, and then a short ten-minute walk from the Unterhaching S-Bahn station to the apartment. Unterhaching has, within easy walking distance of the apartment, a Tengelmann grocery store and an outstanding restaurant, the Wirtshaus Althaching. The apartment's pricing was very reasonable given that our stay occurred during the Oktoberfest period.
