Breakfast was delicious and service was very professional.

The entrance driveway to the hotel is very tight and small, but I guess that is a comprise due to centrality of location. You literally walk out of the hotel to the main shopping street in Munich.

the hotel location is excellent.

the room it was very far from the lobby and lift, I request to change to a room near to the lobby and lifts, even if possible second day, the staff answer was" we cant . . this is what you have booked with booking.com? I felt that Im not a good customer to them because Im a Booking.com customer!!!!

Staff could be more empathic and more attentive, some rooms give you the impression that you are underground - you have a view to a pebbles heap.

Very good location, very friendly staff, fast checkin and checkout, very clean and very functional facilities and room

We visited for EURO-match and returned at 1 am to the hotel with various other guests. No flexibility to serve some drinks for guests as bar was closed already

Маленький номер. Очень не удобные подушки. Отдали вещи в стирку и футболку нам не вернули. Я дважды звонил и напоминал о футболке, в ответ мы перезвоним. Ни разу не перезвонили. Так и уехали, даже никто не извинялся. А еще лобби бар. Сидели там каждый день, официанты ужасно медленные.

Die nahe Lage zum Poolbereich ist für mich perfekt

Mehr Platz für Kleider + Wäsche. Für einen Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen für 2 Personen zu knapp. Es fehlt auch wenigstens an einem 2. Wandhaken, besonders wenn der Mantel nass ist und trocknen sollte

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter sind top. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist eine Freude. Der Afternoon-Tea war das absolute Highlight. Das Grand Deluxe Zimmer war für 3 Personen schön groß.

Der Pool ist eines 5-Sterne-Hotels nicht ganz würdig, aber da dürfte es ja schon Renovierungspläne geben, wie ich wo gelesen habe, und er war mir (noch dazu bei 2 gekippten Fenstern) etwas zu kalt, aber das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache. Eine Kleinigkeit noch: in unserem Zimmer (418) im alten Hotelflügel, wippte beim Gehen der Fußboden, also die Decke, scheinbar auch über uns oder im Nebenzimmer, das knarzt in der Nacht wie auf einem alten Dachboden. Aber damit muss und kann man leben in einem alten Haus, wenn man grad nicht so einen leichten Schlaf wie ich habe, oder einen entsprechend lauten Zimmernachbarn. ;-)

Muito tumulto na portaria. A noite escutava muito barulho como que de portas batendo. Quarto e banheiro pequeno. Box do chuveiro sem vedação deixa o piso do banheiro molhado após tomar banho. Esqueci um documento no cofre do hotel e, ao invés de enviar para meu endereço conforme eu solicitara por telefone, eles encaminharam para o departamento de polícia da cidade. Agora só quando eu retornar ao país para reaver meu documento. Ou seja, terei de emitir novos documentos, porque nao pretendo retornar no próximo ano para Alemanha. Pedi várias vezes e nao me retornaram. Fiquei muito insatisfeito.

Spa was lovely, the gym, pool and sauna was a real treat. The staff were very kind and friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The shower had no seal so the entire bathroom flooded as soon as the water was turned on so i ended up not being able to use the shower. The coffee machine though nice left no option for herbal tea or any hot drink besides coffee.

Hotel Location is excellent, breakfast is very good.

Rooms are small but what really disappointed me was regarding the welcome box of pralines which was in my room. The pralines were spoiled with molds on it ??? And what really disappointed me even more, was the NO REACTION & NO ACTION upon reporting this to both the room service & the reception. NON OF THEM BOTHERED THEMSELVES AS IF SERVING PRALINES WITH MOLDS IS NORMAL ??????????

Bence odalar yeniden döşenmeli ve odadaki ıstma ,soğutma düzeni tamamiyle yenilenmeli çünkü ayarlamak mümkün değil.

Die Lage ist super, das Auto in der Hotelgarage gut versorgt und eine Tramhaltestelle fast direkt vor dem Haus. So erreicht man problemlos wirklich alles in München. Auf Frühstück für € 50.- habe ich verzichtet, weil ich sowieso nur ein Croissant plus Espresso nehme - und das bekommt man überall in der Innenstadt. Der Roomservice war sehr gut und diskret, dem Haus angemessen. Und als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich spätabends in der Bar gut betreut gefühlt.

החדרים מאוד קטנים, ולא מתאים לזוג פלוס ילד 1, אלא אם כן תשדרגו ותשלמו הרבה יותר. חניה ליום עולה 40€, לא אומרים על כך מראש.

Absolutely everything!! Friendly staff, rooms are adorable and spacious, wide variety for breakfast, very close to the city centre. We loved everything about our stay.

Empfang an der Rezeption. Weihnachtsdekoration war alle Jahre davor beeindruckender!!!

The hotel is lovely, the lobby has a nice atmosphere and is perfect for an afternoon tea. The staff was very nice and helped me every way they could after my flight kept being cancelled. Some of the reviews mentioned the room was a bit small, I feel the pictures actually don’t do the room justice, the room was lovely, it was not extremely spacious but this is a city hotel and it had all the comforts I expected from a Kempinski. A special thank you to the concierge who organised alternative travel arrangements at the last minute.

The hotel was definitely busy especially with all the flight cancellations, it was difficult to find space to sit in the lobby at times and there was a bit of a queue at reception. It was also impossible to call the hotel directly outside of normal hours - which I realise is now the same for all big chains - you just end up calling a service number for reservations. I miss the old days of being able to call and speak to reception easily.
