This is our fourth year staying at Maravilla and we have loved it every year! This condo was clean and well decorated! No complaints about the comfort level of the beds or furniture! We enjoyed the balcony view and having the high top table was nice for morning coffee and snacks. Great communication from the host! We would definitely book this unit again.

Host was communicating well with prompt reply’s to a couple questions I had. Was impressed!
Only issue started when we were sitting down to eat on the first evening there only to find out that the chairs at the dining room table had no “seats” in any of the chairs. Apparently, they were out getting recovered or something? Left an alert to the host via the VRBO site to communicate as such, but now heard absolutely nothing back. The next morning, got a quick text apology from a relative of the host concerning the chairs and not seeing my email the previous evening. She said she would “check the status and get back to me.” Unfortunately, that never happened either. Later, in the morning, a different relative knocked on the door and while this person was not there specifically to help me as he was looking at a different property, I showed him the chairs and he assured me that he would get at least two chairs put in there that we could sit down on asking what time would be good for us? Unfortunately, once again, we never heard another word from anyone, leaving on the third day.
We ate pizza on the furniture in the living room, which was just fine, but had we had company coming to visit, not having any dining room furniture to sit on, would’ve been a rather large and irritating catastrophe. We had a great time in a great place, but a discount is in order
for our trouble.

This is our second trip to stay at this unit. The unit had everything and more than we needed. Perfect weather, perfect ocean, and within walking distance to several good restaurants. We hope to reserve this unit again next summer.
The unit was not ready initially upon our arrival (it happens) due to the last tenants not trying to abide by the exit rules which are not onerous. The next morning 12 donuts were delivered to the room as a welcoming gift and were most appreciated.

Loved the property and thought the unit was nice. Although there was a problem with one of the showers they had to retile it took four days. The owner said she would credit us for the four nights. (Which was nice) But I have not seen a credit yet? I will give her the benefit of the doubt, it may just take longer than I thought. Otherwise I would have given them all five star rating.

Unit was as expected. Nice view from balcony. Bed was comfy. The amenity of the four beach chair service was nice. Location was great. Pool was decent. The owner was pleasant to deal with. Only had an issue with one shower, but otherwise was a nice stay.

Fabulous condo that was big enough for 3 teenagers (that got the Mail bedroom) and 2 adults (that shared the small room)! Not much room for clothes in the 2nd room but we got creative and stored clothes in the laundry room!! Beautiful balcony with a fabulous view. Would definately rent again!

Nice, clean unit with beautiful views! Enjoyed our stay. Only discrepancy was the location. The map on VRBO is wrong. I booked this unit to be located close to other family members who were renting a house. Location ended up being well over a 20 min walk which made it difficult to connect with them on a regular basis.

We couldn’t of asked for a better experience to Miramar. The condo was beautiful and very tasteful done. And being able to bring our fur babies made our trip even better. Can’t thank the owners enough for allowing pets and allowing myself and my husband to have one of the best trips we’ve had in years. We will be back next year. Merry Christmas

Listed in Wrong Location
While the condo itself was fine, and located right on the beach; it ended up being a full 1.5 miles away from where the VRBO listed it as being. As we came with a wedding party, it made a lot of the events difficult as being a walking distance away for everyone (and our small children) was a large part of the plan for several events.

If you are looking for a place with GREAT VIEWS…. this is THE PLACE…… from the boardwalk in the morning… or sitting on the very high end quality patio furniture at anytime during your stay….. the condo was very well equipped with everything we needed…..GREAT STAY would definitely rent again….LOVED THE LOCATION too!

Beautiful views
Overall we were extremely pleased. It was comfortable and well stocked. We really enjoyed the dog and people parades daily. The beach was convenient and we liked having 4 chairs.

The walls in the bedrooms and baths were visibly dirty, especially around the vents. . The hydro tub shot out black substance whichappeared to be mold. The cable TV in the living room didn’t work and we didn’t feel like spending our vacation time to get it working. We used our personal passwords to stream instead and watched cable in the bedroom. The locks on the patio doors were very difficult to work and the doors are extremely heavy. The sofa bed mattress was horrible and needs immediate replacement. The view of the beach was magnificent. The pool was cleaned quickly after the wind and rain bands went thru after Ida. The umbrella and chairs on the beach were included worked out nicely.

Our goal here is to provide an honest overall review and try to explain our experience during our week long vacation. Let's touch on the pros first.1.) The host of the unit on VRBO was great. They communicated promptly and tried to help in anyway they could.2.) The unit has a beautiful view of the beach3.) Early check in was allowed after a 14hr drive. That was much appreciated. 4.) The little things like a decent radio (bose) in the livingroom, really nice patio furniture, nicer pots and pans (viking) and washer and dryer makes a difference and we noticed. 5.) The pools (one at the front and rear of the property) are nice and never over crowded for us. 6.) Close to shopping 7.) Very close to the water8.) Easy parking9.) Fast elevators However... There is one MAJOR drawback to this complex. It's their beach service. Absolutely the worst beach service I've ever had to deal with. It wasn't only me and my family - I heard comments made to other vacationers that really upset me as well. Especially after the rude behavior towards my wife and I. My intent is not to write a spiteful review but to provide insight on the only major flaw at this complex. Taking what should have been a 5 star review to a 1 star review. Over the last 20 yrs I have always tipped the beach service for their help and the work they do. This is the first time ever we did not. I felt like they owe us money. This is to let not only the owner of the unit know but anyone looking to stay at any of the rooms in this complex know, if beach service is something you intend to use here, you might be in for a major surprise. They treated my family like trash. Very rude, unprofessional and unapologetic for their behavior towards guest. That's unacceptable. I will not stay at or recommend Maravilla as long as Holiday Isle Beach Service is handling the guest.
