The property was great for our group of 10 and it had plenty of space. It was very clean. We also enjoyed the back patio area and loved the parking space for two or three vehicles in front of the garage. The host communicated well leading up to our stay and there were plenty of front-door keys available for our large group.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was very comfortable, clean, and everything we needed.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your spacious home. Four of us stayed for 4 days to attend a family wedding. We appreciated the being able to come and go from the Archer Event Center and downtown area. We were all very comfortable. The washing machine and iron were a plus for us and we enjoyed the quiet walks in the neighborhood.

Came to town to hunt and meet family. Location was handy, beds were comfy and the 2 TV viewing areas gave lots of options for us all. Great snacks and kurig options. Joe was great! Thanks for the fun and comfy stay!!!

This was the perfect place for our group. Plenty of room for adults and kids alike. Joe and Jayne thought of every detail for their guests. We had to travel to Cheyenne for a funeral. Our family was able to stay in one location and have fellowship together. Enjoyed the large eating are at the dining table. The rooms are nice sized, plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. Kitchen was nicely stocked and a wonderful treat basket of coffees and other goodies. Was a nice, clean, large home and we would stay again.

Loved the backyard with covered patio! It was raining but we could still enjoy the outdoors. Kids could play catch in the back and front yard. House had all we needed for adults and kids!

The house is well-maintained and clean. House has great common spaces for gathering. We had friends together in town for a wedding and the house was a great place to be together. Lots of lawn games for hanging out in the back yard. Quiet street and plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

Joe and Jayne are wonderful and their property is phenomenal, especially for larger groups. Joe & Jayne are communicative and on top of anything you may need during your stay! Their property is in a good neighborhood, close to various byways to get all around town, and a great home session from home!

This was my first time to stay in Cheyenne and I could not have selected a better house for my stay. Being an owner of 4 VRBO properties gives me a little insight as to what renters come to expect from their stay. These owners have literally thought of everything and the little goodie baskets in bathrooms and kitchens were an unexpected bonus!

Seven of us stayed here for a family wedding. Clean, comfortable with plenty of couches & chairs, & a nice back patio and yard. Only 10 minutes to downtown Cheyenne. Joe and Jayne were so nice and attentive! Try the nearby food place, the Biergarten--really creative and delicious!

We needed a place to accommodate ourselves and some family coming in from Iowa for a wedding. This home had everything we needed. Toys, plenty of bedding and beds. 3 bathrooms. The backyard has a cute covered patio. It was quite comfy. We were not disappointed.

This is a wonderful home owned/managed by the best owners I've ever encountered. Without a doubt, everything about the home is 5 star+!! It is in a nice neighborhood and unbelievably well located to travel to other destinations including site-seeing, entertainment and shopping. The conduct of the owner/manager and the condition they keep the property in should be the platinum standard for the vacation home rental industry. Everything about the home that was represented on-line was absolutely true and accurate!! The home is kept in immaculate condition and EVERYTHING at the home either works well or is in first class shape -- from the modern indoor appliances to the functional, comfortable outdoor yard furniture. Even though the house/yard are immaculate, the place is still very "homey" and inviting. The second you walk through the front door it is obvious the home will be a pleasurable place to stay given the fresh, clean scent. This home is a true gem at an extremely reasonable rate!!! We look forward to returning to Cheyenne for future visits provided we can reserve this particular property!!

Property was better than expected. Very family friendly with toys, corn hole, and lots of games. Nice fenced in back yard for kids to play. There were snacks and coffee provided. Very clean and comfy home. Easy to get to everything in town, safe area.

Perfect getaway for us, kids and grandkids. Felt very clean and homey. Plenty of beds and room to spread out away from the heavy snorers in our group. Private yard to catch some sun and a few softballs. Close to park, shopping and greenway. Would definately stay here again.
