we hebben heel erg genoten van onze vakantie in villa Es Pont. Het is wel even wegwijs worden vanwege de indeling en bouw tegen de berg aan, vooral de (wentel) oprijlaan met brug laat een onvergetelijke indruk achter, heel mooi, vooral by night! De beide auto's waren zeer welkom, vooral de fraaie cabrio. Bedankt!

Wir waren nun 4 mal innerhalb von 4 jahren dort. Ich denke das sagt alles.

Woning op zich mooi groot, net, nutsvoorzieningen waren er. Jammer dat de keuken materiaal verouderd was en niet deftig werkte. Keuken is volledig aan vernieuwing toe.

Der Ansprechpartner der Agentur war sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Auf Vereinbarung kam die Reinigungskraft dreimal die Woche und erledigte ihre Aufgaben sehr zuverlässig. Das Gleiche galt für die Pflege des Pools und der Grünanlagen. Sehr hilfreich war die Verfügbarkeit der beiden Autos. Der Gesamteindruck der Villa war gut und deren Lage hervorragend. Es gab nichts, was wir vermisst haben. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht und können das Objekt sehr empfehlen.

Die Finca / Villa ist ein absoluter Traum. Der Blick übers Meer und auf die Kathedrale von Palma ist grandios. Wir haben wunderbare zwei Wochen hier verbracht und waren glücklich über die tolle Lage, die Ausstattung und das super saubere Haus. Ein großer Dank geht an Dolly, die Reinigungskraft, die stets mit guter Laune dafür sorgte, dass das Haus auch sauber blieb. Die zwei Autos haben den Urlaub sehr bereichert...vor allem die Cabriofahrten haben uns viel Spaß gemacht! Wir haben die perfekte Finca für uns gefunden und direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht!

wir haben in der Villa Son Vida einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einem angenehmen Umfeld genossen. Empfang, Check in bzw out waren einwandfrei. Lage und Ausstattung des Objekts vorzüglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein super Haus in toller Lage. Soweit war alles wirklich gut. Aber leider kam in der Woche nicht einmal eine Reinigungskraft, obwohl laut Inserat die Reinigung täglich kommen sollte. Schade. Sonst alles top!

Ein tolles großes Haus einige Kilometer außerhalb Palmas (man blickt vom Berghang aus über die Stadt). Mit Pool, Basketballplatz (inkl. Basketball) und viel Platz in vielen Räumen und auf den Terrassen. Man kann sich regelrecht verlaufen ^^ Es gibt 6 Schlafzimmer, wobei 2 Zimmer mit ca. 1,80-m-Einzelbetten ausgestattet sind (nix für große Menschen ;-) Dazu 4 Bäder mit Dusche oder Badewanne! Manches ist schon ein bisschen abgenutzt, trotzdem ist die Ausstattung hochwertig und alles war sauber. Die zwei Autos zum Haus aus der Beschreibung gibt es nicht mehr, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

Würde 5 Sterne geben aber das Programm nimmt sie nicht an. Absolut empfehlenswert 👍🏼

Alles bestens wie erwartet, nur eine grössere Kaffeemaschine wäre wünschenswert

Great house in a very nice location

The house was great. perfect for relaxing around the swimming pool, terrasse and BBQ. fantastic views of Palma. the area is beautiful but rather far from the center. highly recommend renting a car as the taxi service in Palma is constantly saturated.

A group of 9 friends had a wonderful few days in this amazing villa. We had a lovely welcome from Marion who made us feel relaxed and showed us around the spacious and impressive accommodation. The villa surpassed our expectations and had everything we needed and more. We loved the outside bar and seating area but really you’re spoilt for choice as to where to lounge or eat or drink.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for five nights with two other families. There were a total of eight adults and four children. The home was large enough to accommodate everyone very comfortably. The pool and grounds, which is where we spent a majority of our time, are amazing. The fact that two cars were provided was very convenient. The location is very high end and safe. The driveway is also gated. The host was very friendly/accommodating and let us check in a bit early which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this villa!

Had a wonderful weekend with friends. The entrance to the villa is spectacular. The outdoor areas are wonderful and can’t be faulted. The lady that met us was very nice and very helpful. The rooms and bedrooms on the first floor were excellent however the three bedrooms on the upper floor could do with some updating. I would suggest maybe beds rather than futons would be helpful, also they were very cold. I would also like to mention a few points that maybe should be included in the website. If you have a late arrival you will be charged extra, we had to pay 100€ on arrival. Also the cars that are available have an excess of 600€ on the insurance that would have to be paid before leaving if the cars were damaged. Another thing that isn’t clear until you get receipt of payment is that there is a charge for the use of the cars within your booking payment. Maybe this should all be made clear on the website. I think the car payment should be optional, we decided not to risk using the cars. It’s a lovely touch that there are cars for your use if you want them, but it should be optional. One last thing the owners stated that he spoke German, English and Spanish, however all my communication with him was only in German. I had to use google translate to understand his messages. The lady that met us at the villa however spoke the three languages. To finish on a positive note, the villa is in an excellent location, taxis were excellent, arriving at villa within 10 minutes of ordering at a cost of 10€ -12€. The pool area is wonderful, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possible need. A great favourite of ours was the juicer. The lady that met us at the villa had bought essentials for us at a cost of 40€, she had bought everything we needed for breakfast and more. This was worth the world because of our late arrival. Overall a great weekend was had by all.

Simply a perfect stay.

I cannot express enough our wonderful stay at this villa. The house was exactly as described in the listing. Every amentity included. Wonderful views of Palma. We were there for our daughters wedding and had multiple families staying in the villa. It was perfect for our needs.

The 4 generations of our family all loved the villa with it's terraces on different levels making eating outside a great experience. The pool was wonderful in the heat and was extremely well equipped with toys, sun loungers and canopies. The maid service was also brilliant. We'll definitely be back. Could not have wished for more.

Comfortable spacious traditional luxury great views lots of outside areas good pool good barbecues and kitchen. A wonderful base for a family get to together

Der Aufenthalt war nahezu Perfekt. Wir sind superfreundlich empfangen worden. Wir waren mit 9 Personen da, und es gab Platz genug. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. In der Villa fehlte es an nichts! Ok, der Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was unseren Spaß dort aber nicht geschmälert hat. Schade war das Grillverbot mit Holzkohle auf der gesamten Insel. Ein Gas oder Elektrogrill ( der nun bald da sein soll ) hätte es Perfekt gemacht. Die Lage? Super!!! 30 min. zum Flughafen, maximal ; 15 min. zum Strand oder ins Zentrum von Palma. Fantastisch. Supermarkt in der Nähe.... Urlaubsherz was willst du mehr ;-) Absolut Daumen hoch, auch für den netten Michael.

Great villa! We enjoyed our stay!!! Excellent location , Lovely views, Very private, Clean and cosy. Free Wi-Fi . There is a basketball court as well. Taxi to Palma city cost around €10 - €12. We would love to come back there next year again!!! :) Would 100% recommend to other people!
