We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this amazing property. If you’re a Boat Owner, there is no better location to have your boat parked right behind the house with access to the restaurants inland and they pay for scalloping. this property is amazingly well stocked. Every VRBO owner could learn from these owners. Thanks again!

Perfect location for our stay and to keep the boat in the water. Public boat ramp a mile away and makes for an easier run to the scalloping and fishing grounds.

House was super clean, well stocked and in the perfect location. Owner was helpful and very responsive. We had a 24’ bay boat and the dock was perfect for it. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The set up for a boat is perfect with boat ramp a mile away and very quick access to the dock at the property. Trailer and car under the house in carport. Nice property. Comfortable and homey.

We absolutely loved the house, it’s very nice and clean and has some recent updates. It has a back deck and a front deck where you can sit and enjoy the nature. We ended up seeing dolphins and manatees right in front of the house. We brought our kayaks and paddle boards and accessed the river right there.
Debbie was also very responsive and the house is exactly as advertised. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful property
This place was perfect for our family. It was neat, clean, and fully supplied with all amenities. We wanted to stay again next year but they are not offering the listing for scalloping for the time we need. I definitely hope that changes because we would love to rent it again!!

Scalloping heaven
We stayed at Paradise House for opening week of scalloping season and it was great! The driveway was not ideal for the boat/trailer but we made it work. The house is great- the pictures do not do it justice. The sunset from the back porch is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked.

Beautiful home and area
I loved the river view from the front of the house at first sight and every time afterwards.
The house itself is laid out nicely and beautifully decorated inside and out with lots of space, amenities and comfort.
Sitting outside on either porch (front and back) with a coffee, a wine, or a meal, was a most relaxing part of my day. The description on the VRBO site for this home is accurate.

If possible I would give the location and neighborhood 10 Stars. Breakfast on the front porch, lunch front or back and dinner on the back porch. A few minor problems that Debbie and Don quickly resolved.

Delightful location
One of the nicest houses we've rented--well supplied and appointed, interesting and lovely decor, comfortable, beautiful water view setting, lots of nature and wildlife nearby, very nice host. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Treasured Memories of Paradise House
Paradise House lived up to my expectations with several extras. This home is lovely and well maintained. Morning coffee watching the sunrise on the front porch and wine on the back porch as the sunset were daily favorites. Fishing in the canal offered several “surprise”catches. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The property owners were very easily reached and ready to assist. Definitely a place I’d return to. We have many treasured memories of our stay at Paradise House.

Amazing Waterfront Property
Managers were great! The property was spacious both inside and out. Beautiful views of the water and sunset. We had access to all water related activities (fishing, scalloping and the springs). Boat dock was easy to use. Hot tub was nice after a day in the sun. We enjoyed our vacation. Sadly, our children were not able to join us this year because they are serving in the US Air Force and were unable to travel to Florida due to Covid 19 restrictions. Hopefully they can join us next time. Crystal River is a great place to relax and enjoy time on the water.

Nice property. We liked the floor plan and front and back screened in decks. Enjoyed watching the bird and marine life on the river.The property owners could not have been more pleasant and accommodating.

We absolutely love this home. The property owners were very accommodating and wonderful to deal with. The home has great views. We will definitely rent this home again
