It was clean, fast Internet, enough space.

It was clean but smells like a moldy basement everywhere. You get used to it on 3rd day tho. Mold is in the ground floor bathroom, on a wall in the room with bed-shower carpet, on the stairs walls. One of the room (the first on the second floor) was unusable because of horrible odor from a bathroom. The management charged early check-in for the earliest possible time (6am) but actually they have a price list on the website where 10am (what I needed) was cheaper. The price list was never presented and the management refused to adjusts.

the location was good.

the washing machine didnt work, the shower door on the top floor bathroom was hanging off, some of the glassware was chipped, some of the cups were chipped, the freezer needed to be defrosted, it had a large build-up of ice in it.

Great location in Afama! Very well equipped with everything. Each room has a nice bathroom. Perfect place to be with friends. Very nice and helpful host.

Fabulous house in the old town, hosts were really informative and run a very organised establishment. would definitely book with belocal again as they are very informed and passionate about Lisbon. Space is well used affording every room with en-suite facilities and views over the square.

Property is just like the pictures, it was clean, spacious and fantastic. It has everything you needed in the house, the top balcony is perfect for a morning coffee and people watching. The location is perfect close to tourists sights , lots of restaurants and some shops.

Check in time was late at 5. It worked out ok because we could drop our luggage off but it does feel abit late to what I’m use to.

I rented this house in September 2021 for a week inviting my nieces and nephews The weather in Lisbon was fantastic. And this house is perfect for friends and family. This is of high quality ... not cheap stuff. Obviously, the rental price reflects it but again this is excellent quality and up to 10 can sleep there. Everyone in our party loved this house. You have all the items for cooking, dining, washing, etc ... and they are excellent. For a rental place ... that's was tremendous. When they renovated the house a few years back ... they did a good job in getting it up to date for modern facilities: EVERY room is connected to the internet via the main cable and has a wifi router. The contact with Adelaide the owner representative was easy. We chatted via Wasup and entering the house via a web interface was so easy. Regarding the location ... in the beginning, I was a little worried about it being in a very touristy neighborhood but it actually did not matter: inside the house you are isolated. And you are 2 minutes from a wonderful sunrise on Portas do Sol and a walking distance down the hill to Praça do Rossio and 3 minutes from the sunset at Graça. We end up having the windows opened in the main living room when inside the house without being bothered by street movements.

Paying the city tax on the first day with the representative is a little complicated. Not all the guests were staying the full week but there was no way to reduce it to the only few days they were staying. And you have to pay in cash. And I was not given a receipt so far I remember. The washing machine takes a long time to dry clothes. And they should provide more trash bags for people staying a week. There is minor stuff that should be fixed ... like some curtains not fully closing. We gave a list to the representative and she says the handyman will fix them promptly.

The location and the bedrooms had all the bathrooms . The beds were very nice and very chic & clean

The steps are too stiff and the bedroom were too small .
