Me gustó la amabilidad de la persona encarga de recepcionar las llegadas y las salidas. Siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar. La cama es amplia y cómoda.

No me gustó el que no hubiera ni un armario ni una estanteria para ordenar nuestras cosas. Tampoco me gustó que en el baño no hubiera no un aplique para colgar la toalla despues de la ducha. En general, esperaba algo mejor y más cómodo por el precio que pague (297€ / 5553 pesos) por tres noches.

Das Frühstück konnte man im unteren Bereich einnehmen, hat aber nicht dazu eingeladen, dort zu verweilen. Man konnte sich Kaffee nehmen und Bananen lagen zum Mitnehmen in einem Körbchen. Der Kühlschrank konnte von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden. Gefallen hat mir tatsächlich die absolut tolle Lage in der Condesa. Von hier aus konnte man alle Stadtteile in etwa einer halben Stunde erreichen. Außerdem waren drumherum so viele schöne, ansprechende Lokale, dass man sich gar nicht entscheiden konnte, welche man nehmen sollte. Die Zimmer waren zwar klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet. W-Lan funktioniert hervorragend und man hatte Sky-Fernseh-Programme.

Excellent location in the heart of LA Condesa in CDMX with attractively appointed rooms, a good-sized bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. What more can you expect?

The soundproofing isn't the greatest, but this is not unusual in México in general in my experience. Fortunately, most guests are quite respectful in this regard.

The location was great. Very comfortable place to stay.

Late check-in. Only 3pm the room was available.

The best location for me due to all the nice restaurants. Quich uber to other locations, lots of trees, very safe. Ac if you need it. There is no full time person at the front desk and no elevator but I don't care about that.

Receptionists are rarely in the facility. Communication with staff is difficulty if you do not speak Spanish.

The host is a very lovely man, who provided me a lot of recommendations. The room was decorated well and it felt comfy.

At night I could hear other guests in the corridor getting ready for a night out. Ideally there would be a rule to promote quiet hours at night.

The room was clean and the sheets smell nice. The bed was comfy and the location, I’ll give it a 5/5 rating. The staff were nice too and very friendly. The hotel is right in the heart of La Condesa and restaurants and bars and cafes are all within just a few metres from the hotel.

The building is one of those buildings that weren’t meant to be hotels. The walls aren’t sound proof and you can literally hear movements of guests next door. The same with the hallway. If people come in super late at night, their noise will wake you up. The bedroom doors are quite heavy too so you can hear people slamming the doors as they come in and out of their rooms, even when they lock and unlock the doors, you can hear as they put the keys in and as the locks click. The WiFi was horrendous. However, I’m unsure if it’s the case for the entire building or just from my room but you cannot rely on WiFi. Even to refresh my Twitter feeds, I’d have to wait for 15 seconds or so, that’s how bad the WiFi was. Lastly, this place may not be suitable for those travelling for business especially over the weekends as the music from nearby bars are loud enough to be heard from inside the room and it will keep you awake till late night, for sure.

All persons at the hotel were friendly andhelpful, and went beyond what is normally expected.

Amazing location and comfortable room in a small, simple hotel. Hot shower, comfortable bed, good climate control. Staff was super friendly.

Nothing is gonna make you say "wow" here, but there's also nothing to complain about.

The location is fantastic! I also think the staff is really friendly, and if you get a good room then the place is comfortable.

I think the photos are a little misleading. We had to go up a few flights of stairs to the room. The A/C was not working well, and the place was SO noisy. Wouldn't book it again.
