Brittany & Mike are excellent at what they do!! Great people & employees! They are on top of things!!! The condo was great too! We stayed 10 days!
You can snorkel right off the dock! The views are great! Super quiet even though it’s close to town.

We stayed for two and a half weeks and had a great time. The unit was clean with great views and good AC for getting out of the heat. We used the little front porch quite and bit and the closest pool and beach were just steps away. Easy access to San Pedro town and points north. The property has its own dock and we were able to schedule day trips for fishing and snorkel where the operator picked us up in the boat rights at the end of the dock. Several breakfast, lunch dinner and grocery options are right there within a few minutes walk along the beach or main road. Our hosts were great and lined up a sunset cruise for us from an operator in town. This is a great place to relax and the coconut trees on the beach were awesome for lounging in the hammock. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfect with good water pressure and hot water. There was even a local fisherman from whom who we bought the days catch right off the dock and I was able to grill up dinner using the propane grill on property.
My only suggestion for the apartment we were in had to do with WiFi capability inside the unit, but this was only because I had a couple work meetings I needed to Zoom into. Not a show stopper as I was able to get a better signal on the porch and took meetings from there.

Wow, this place was awesome and just as described. The host Kimberly was amazing! We did a lot of communicating before the trip and I used her to set up several excursions.
Our flight coming in was delayed and we missed our connecting flight from Belize City to San Pedro. I messaged Kimberly and she eased my mind, No stress, she told me to just go to the Tropic Air counter and they would have a new flight for us.
We arrived at San Pedro and Kimberly was waiting for us at the airport and walked us to the golf cart rental just across the street, which she had already set up.
Kimberly gave us a quick tour of the town and got us settled into our condo.
The condo is in a great location, just North of town over the bridge. It's very close to everything but just far enough away to be out of the commotion of down town.
She already had the AC blowing snow as it was hot and humid. Hitting the nice cool condo was a relief after a long day of travel.
The condo itself is very nice and was more than enough room for my wife and I. There is a bonus room, and it seems it could accommodate 4 people if a couple would sleep on the futon.
Belize was one of our best vacations yet and the condo and Kimberly were both great. Full 5-star review, if we return, we will stay here again and for sure use Kimberly for the excursions. She made it stress free and it all went flawless.

Stayed here for several nights and would do it again in a heart beat. The hosts were incredible! They met us when we arrived and walked us through everything and were incredibly friendly. They responded to any of our questions throughout the week quickly and were always available.
The property itself is beautiful with two pools, ocean access and just the right distance from town. Our room had everything we needed and was furnished nicely.
If you are coming to the island I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location
This was a warm and cozy apartment for two. We couldn't have asked for more. Mike and Brittany were invaluable as hosts! The beach was absolutely lovely. We were just a few steps from beach from our apartment. You could even be picked up for whatever right at the dock. This was an exceptional trip, we truly loved it from the moment we arrived.
Also wanted to say how wonderful all the people in the area were. We always felt safe and never met a stranger.
Groceries, restaurants, golf carts, etc. all easily within reach.

This property has everything we wanted for a relaxing ocean front location. The attention to detail and communication by Brittany in every way from getting us from and to the airport and setting us up in our condo and everything in between was flawless.
We will be returning for sure.

We could not have been happier with this vacation! The condo was clean and had all of the space and essentials that we needed. The pool and beach areas were also perfectly maintained and provided such a relaxing environment! The property managers went above and beyond both before our stay and during our stay to make sure that we had the best experience! We would stay here again, and we would recommend this property to all of our family and friends! Thank you and we miss all of our new Belizian friends already!!

The hosts were the best. Available anytime. Very prompt when scheduling tours and the taxi. Condo was on the best and had the prettiest views. I highly recommend the property and it’s kid friendly as well.

Customer Service was a 5+. The place was very clean. I would recommend to anyone traveling to San Pedro. The apartment was very cool and refreshing from the AC. They provide plenty of linens. Convenient location. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner before and during the trip. Don't hesitate to book. Thank you for providing your guest with such a pleasant experience!

My daughter and I stayed here for a college graduation trip. It was absolutely perfect. The attentiveness of the property managers made the trip so much easier for us. If you’re looking for somewhere in San Pedro this is the place to stay. I would definitely go back I’m gonna get

Very nice and comfortable. Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Condo had all the comforts of home and well furnished. Kimberly and Chad were very nice and helpful with cart rental and excursions and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here.

The location of the property is just out of the hustle and bustle of downtown, which was great. The grounds and pool were clean and well kept. The condo unit was clean, well maintained and well appointed, we had no issues. Also there was a pier out into the ocean, so our dive company was able to pick us up and drop us off each day - saved on a golf cart rental. The hosts were easy to work with, available when needed, and had great communication during the entire process. They will also able pre-stock the unit with some supplies if you request them ahead of time. We will rent here again.

What a great condo! Clean, well stocked, GREAT location just north of the bridge, covered patio tucked in with pool and ocean view. Kimberly and Chad were top notch from the very beginning with booking, answering questions and unbelievably organized. We felt world class as they took care of everything!

Beautiful property ! Everything was clean and well kept. From start to finish Kimberly and Chad made our first time traveling to Belize so easy and worry free. They booked our Tropic air flights and had a golf cart waiting for us. i would highly recommend using them to book both. We were met at the airport and Kimberly drove us to the property pointing places out. The sargassum was not an issue because we had the pool. and a beautiful beach right there. It is in the perfect location, feels secluded but close to everything. Was able to see the stars at night. The condo had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was nice and quiet and everyone was very nice and courteous.

The property is as advertised. Chad and Kimberly were excellent. They answered any and all questions. The fridge was stocked with beverages when we arrived. We booked a golf cart, fishing trip and sunset sail trip through them also. Could not have asked for more.

Kimberly & Chad are wonderful hosts and very nice people. They set up everything for us, thank you both. The condo we stayed in was a beautiful unit close to the water. They even set us up a great fishing tour with Captain John Murray and we had a blast. Being a third world country, you need to be honest about issues that may arise. Everything on the island of Ambergris Caye must be shipped there, and as a result, groceries, laundry and fuel are at a premium, price wise. The thing to remember about Belize is this, The people are warm, loving and kind. They take pride in their history and their culture. The island is beautiful, the food outstanding and the water is turquoise and perfect. I must add this side note. Everyone on the island gets around on golf carts, so it's kinda like being in a NASCAR race on golf carts, crazy but super fun.

We enjoyed our time staying here. Chad and Kimberly are great hosts who are so helpful with everything from where to eat, airplane tickets, golf cart, etc. This is a quiet spot close to the action downtown.

Excellent Accommodations and Service
Everything about the property and our stay was excellent. Kimberly and Chad communicated from the moment we booked the one bedroom unit. They arranged flights from the mainland to the island as well as arranging a golf cart for us.
They answered any and every question that we asked during our stay. They arranged for snorkeling and sunset cruise tours. When the boat from one company was damaged, they found another company that was just as accommodating. The refrigerator was stocked with the pop and beer that we requested. There is a well stocked store at within walking distance that we were able to get supplies for the days ahead. They arranged for our luggage to be delivered to our room when we arrived and to the airport upon our departure. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to San Pedro.

Roomy Condo
We stayed at Bermuda Landings, right off the beach. It featured a spacious, fully equipped condo that was close to restaurants and shops. Chad picked us up at the airport and provided a local phone for our stay. He also made arrangements for our rental golf cart.
We would definitely come back and stay again at Bermuda Landings.

Awesome experience!
Kimberly and Chad were the best hosts and made the planning and trip smooth and carefree by arranging excursions, Tropic Air flights, and golf cart rental, met us at the airport. The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean and perfectly situated for a peaceful relaxing stay yet close enough to the action in town for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again!

5 Star+ service for a fantastic stay
Kimberly is amazing. You get a full service concierge with this property which makes the planning and stay so easy. The property itself is spacious, clean, well maintained and you walk out the front door to one of the pools and then just out to the sandy beach area and dock. Kimberly booked our domestic flights out to Ambergris Caye, and booked our golf cart, all at rates below what I could have gotten myself. She and Chad also stocked our fridge with a case of Belikin and a case of soda at well below retail. Kimberly also books local tours for you and you then you pay all of that off your tab with them. They'll also meet you at the airport and take your luggage back to the airport to ensure all goes smoothly. The list goes on for how easy they made our stay. This place is much larger than I thought it would be....and, with the futon in the adjacent room that has it's own doors, you could easily fit 4 people although I think it lists as 3. This place is quiet and has such great access to fantastic restaurants just to the North and within about 2 minutes you're over the bridge and into San Pedro City. Thanks Kimberly and Chad....we had a fantastic time.

Kimberly was absolutely incredible with communication about all things Belize .. we were first timers to San Pedro and Kimberly and Chad did EVERYTHING to make sure we were comfortable and aware and stocked up with needs for our trip. The location was ideal for us because it was close to the southside with great food and local flair, also close enough to the northern route when I needed a cushy vanilla latte (Marbucks for the win!) The convenience of staying here was really evident when it came to logistics , Chad met us at the airport, arranged for all the transports and even went with us to get our golf cart. They were perfect island hosts A+++++++ WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK ♥♥♥♥

Secluded and quiet with fantastic views just north of the bridge. Property managers are amazing hosts willing to help out with pre-travel questions, picking up at the airport, arranging Tropic Air flights (guaranteed to be cheaper than booking alone), arranging cold beverages & ice in your fridge upon arrival and quick response while on site for any issues and questions. Having visiting the island many times, the location was ideal, close to town yet everything north of the bridge we love to explore and visit with local friends.

Great experience at The Landings
The condo was just as described in the listing, a very nice place to stay. The location was perfect, short golf ride to town and to the restaurants to the south, very easy to get around. Kimberly and Chad can arrange everything you will need. We will definitely be back!
