Offriamo in affitto la nostra nuova grande villa (costruita nel 2013) di 170m², con architettura e decorazione e design moderni. Con la sua piscina privata, ampia terrazza (oltre 100 m²), il suo giardino, la sua zona tranquilla ea pochi minuti dalla costa basca, puoi rilassarti e goderti la tua vacanza, che tu sia 2, 4 o 6 persone.
Lo stile contemporaneo della nostra villa passa anche le porte e si trova all'interno, dove si avrà, sempre in un arredamento moderno, un ampio soggiorno con schermo piatto di 140 cm, una cucina completamente attrezzata che si apre su una parte coperta della terrazza (ideale per consumare i pasti), una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice, un primo bagno e una master suite con bagno (doccia al italiana). Al piano superiore sono 2 ulteriori camere da letto con armadi, un 2 ° bagno con vasca / doccia e il 2 ° WC.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the owners of the holiday home. Babeth and Olivier were incredibly kind, and the house was wonderfully furnished with everything we needed. The high-quality amenities, tasteful decor, and immaculate condition made our stay extremely comfortable. The location is outstanding - just 100 meters from a bus stop that takes you to Biarritz, Bayonne, the beaches, and the market. Essential shops and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, and the spectacular Halles 5 Cantons with Mediterranean cuisine are only a 5-minute drive away. Additionally, there's a club with tennis and padel courts nearby. However, the house with its pool was so delightful that we often preferred staying in. We noticed in the reviews that sometimes people complain about the loud bells of the nearby church. They only made an impression on us the first time we heard them. We quickly got used to the bell marking the rhythm of our day, and honestly, we stopped noticing it. Thank you!

We enjoyed the wonderful villa very much. The pool was nice and clean, the kitchen well equipped, and Babeth and Olivier were very accessible and responsive.

An amazing house where nothing has been missing for a pleasant vacation. Decorated with attention to detail, well equipped kitchen for inside and outside dining (including a Plancha - we just ordered our own), a large (and clean) pool and a fenced garden perfect for children or dogs (ours loved it at least as much as we did). Upon arrival Babeth and Olivier provided a warm welcome and were available for questions throughout our stay. Shopping opportunities are in walking distance (local bakery with great bread and pastries), supermarket, Pizza/Burger for takeaway) and Biarritz and Bayonne as well as the beaches and a pine forest for running or walking the dog are reached in less than 15
mins by car. We definitely recommend the house for a booking. Thank you to you Babeth and Olivier for making us feel ‘at home’ in your house!

An excellent holiday experience!
The modern, comfy, well equipped, and very clean house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. During warm summer days, you can cool down in the spacious pool, or in one of the many shaded corners in the garden. The nice porch serves as an extended outdoor living room. The three bedrooms have well-resting beds with fine bedding and the two bathrooms serve 5 perfectly with more than enough hot water. Further, the location is great: near to the beach, many golf-courses and Anglet, Biarritz and Bayonne. The hosts are super friendly and helpful and do everything to make you feel at home. A tropical ceiling ventilator in the porch and the bedrooms would make this holiday experience even more perfect. Then again, it was extremely hot weather during our stay.

Relaxing Villa and Wonderful Hosts
The villa is a great space for 6 people and has everything you could need for a holiday.
The pool is fantastic. We had lots of games of water volleyball (needs a 5m width net) and the kids had lots of fun in the pool.
The garden is a great space - lots of seating and flexible enough to get some quiet time and also to socialise as a group.
Everyone talks about the bells in the church - honestly it was a shock at first but you do get used to it.
The location is excellent. Local amenities in walking distance and the centre ville less than 2 miles away (which is well worth a visit)
Finally the hosts were brilliant. They were communicative but not intrusive. Thank you!

nous avons été très bien accueilli par babeth et olivier, accueil très chaleureux, explication pour la remise des clés très simple et très claire, villa idem à la description, et très propre, emplacement idéal, près des plages de ANGLET et je confirme que la piscine est bien chauffée, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas pour d'autres villa !!!!!

Somptueuse maison contemporaine avec piscine
Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette Villa moderne très agréable à vivre et fonctionnelle.
Située à 2 km de la grande plage de Biarritz pour profiter de la mer.
Les enfants étaient enchantés de la piscine chauffée !

Superbe maison dans un cadre idyllique !
Hôtes extrêmement sympathiques, accueil de qualité, maison spacieuse et décorée avec goût, piscine chauffée et plancha, à 2km des vagues, nombreux golfs à proximité, Chiberta et Illbaritz conseillés. Le paradis.
Oui, les cloches de l’église sont bien présentes, mais cela n’est pas très génant, cela rythme la journée et c’est normal à côté du paradis ... 😜
Attention aux arnaques sur le bon coin.

Wonderful house
Absolutely beautiful house, pool and garden. Definitely 5 stars. Great hosts as well. The neighborhood is quiet and without any special points of interest. The church next too is quite loud from 8am to 7pm.

Heel mooie streek met veel afwisseling!
De woning was zoals verwacht, zoals het te zien is op de foto’s. We zijn ook hartelijk verwelkomt door de eigenaars, wat deugd doet na een lange reis. Zeker aan te bevelen voor koppels die privacy en rust op prijs stellen.

Maison de rêve, moderne, espacieuse, avec tout qu'il faut, très près de Biarritz
Nous avons passés une semaine dans cette magnifique maison et on l'a quitté avec peine. Espacieuse, tranquille, avec beaucoup de lumière, on a bien profité de la piscine, du jardin et salon, avec la super télé et l'appareil musique. La cuisine espacieuse très proche à tout, la table vue à la piscine, il ne manquait rien... Notre chambre était très belle et nos fils on dormi dans la chambre en haut, ils avez une télé à la chambre pour finir la journée et ils se sont régalés..
On n'oubliera non plus l'accueil chaleureux d'Elisabeth et Olivier : la sympathie, ses indications, ses détails de bienvenu..

Superbe location
Superbe maison, nous n'avons pas été déçus! La maison est spacieuse et très bien pensée. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition. Décoration faite avec gout. Les commerces sont proches, elle est bien située, près de Biarritz et Bayonne...
Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, toute la semaine il faisait 30 degrés, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, je recommande cette maison. Benjamin

WE had chosen this villa becaus eof its appearances and proximity to the beaches. We were not disappointed. Elisabeth and Olivier were charming hosts and the villa was in prisitine order and extremelt well maintained. We ended up hiring bicycles for one of the weeks and cycled to all the neighbouring towns, beaches and excellent restaurants. If one had one small reservation it was the church bells which ring on the hour and half hour and can take some getting used to. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately return some day
