The location was great.

Had emailed ahead of time about champagne or something special in the room when my long distance boyfriend and I arrived. There wasn't any, so when I asked the manager she told me they don't do that. When I showed her the email FROM the hotel saying they were going to do that, she didn't honor that and said sorry, we don't give out free stuff. Even though I had the emails showing the entire convo. Manager seemed to not care a bit and was not accommodating or friendly.

Great experience! Very clean and quiet hotel. Convenient location. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was excellent! Breakfast was delicious, really good.

I had a confirmed reservation fir a king-size premium room. I arrived early. The front desk assigned a king-size premium room but it wasn't ready. When I came back, they assigned a small queen sized room. They wouldn't return the price difference. Said I should call Booking.

Check in slow. Understaffed. Breakfast was to be included w stay and Hilton points. Was not included after eating. No staff at front desk for lengths of time. Lines of people waiting. Shuttle behind schedule

The room was so nice. The bed was comfy. The breakfast at the restaurant was really good. Staff was great!

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. It exceeded my expectations and made my birthday really special.

the floors all need to be remodeled the elevators smell and are not spacious the hallway carpet is nasty and house keeping needs new mops it was disgusting watching them refuse the same dirty mop in a mop bucket with dirty water

front desk staff , was alittle unorganized. valet parking was slow I had to go find the valet person to park my car every single time , Valet person was not friendly no customer service at all !
