One poor lad dealing with breakfast is not enough. Tables were all crumbs and ring marks not his fault he was working alone as far as I could see and he never halted but I would not have fancied talking all that myself.

Breakfast was good & hot would have been nice if they had breakfast a bit more festive Xmas morning

The fact people staying with dogs were passing you as you were eating ,also would be better if had a separate part for ones with dogs

We had no hot water on the day of departure. We were informed that it was getting switched back on but after waiting 30 minutes we had to check out

Hotel was excellent, big room with everything you could possibly need, very comfortable bed, great bathroom & shower, great facilities. Hotel is an old Dundee factory/mill that’s been converted into a beautiful Hotel, they’ve done a fantastic job, there is a bit of Dundee history scattered around the place, lovely restaurant with great food, nice sitting area to relax and enjoy a drink from the bar. Fantastic breakfast, also a ten minute walk to Dundee City Centre, would definitely recommend.

Basement room we were put in because we had a dog had pavement directly outside looking down into our room. Windows were very dirty and it was generally very dark. No recycling facilities that we could see anywhere. Room service food was the worst I have ever had. Good though that this was refunded when I complained.

breakfast was slow when things ran out of hot food. Parking was full not a-lot of spaces, I did read this beforehand not pleasant trying to find parking and unpacking the car in the rain away from the hotel.

The reception staff was fantastic. We were able to park when we arrived around 4:30, but it appeared that there probably wouldn't be enough parking available for all later check-ins. The room was very clean and nice, but It could have used a luggage rack. The breakfast area and food were just average. We could walk to the water and V&A through winding and unattractive roads, but there was really nowhere within walking distance to eat (the hotel restaurant was full.) The renovation of the factory that housed the hotel was icely done.

We loved this hotel. The room was modern and very well designed with space and everything we needed. Breakfast was great and we could go down whenever we wanted. There was a good gym and good washing facilities

Convenient location, easy walk to V&A, Verdant Works & Discovery Point, and city centre. Good big room, comfy sofa, equipped kitchen space.

Was difficult to work out how to work the lights in the room. Couldn’t switch on bedside light without other lights coming on.

They were very helpful and allowed for a late check out. They also had laundry facilities which is hard to find.

Appartment was excellent

Breakfast area was very congested and the hot food wasn't the best. Lots of it over done especially bacon and haggis. Plenty of choice though

I was instantly impressed and felt at ease as soon as I entered the hotel. The reception staff were super friendly, welcoming and very professional. The hotel had a fantastic and calming ambience that I loved. My suite was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast room and food were amazing. From start to finish it was just perfect!
