Dirty and not maintained No one for easy help with issues

Location is great. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom and towels are clean. Price is affordable.

Floor in the living room was so dirty, that our feet turned black as soon as we stepped on it. Was not enough dishes for family. Stove was not working well. Holes on the curtains.

The location was away from most everything going on on Key West. It was nice to get away from the crowds and relax after a day of having fun.

The facility is extremely dated and in need of refurbishing. The customer service was lacking when the AC was not working. I had to go to the local grocery store to purchase batteries for the thermostat. The unit is not well stocked either. We had to purchase additional kitchen utensils and pans to accommodate cooking. Internet is also severely lacking. I'm using my hotspot just to write this review.

We didn’t have a vehicle so we rented a golf cart all week We were able to plug it in once we spoke with the front office Maybe get more electrical outlets for the convenience

The unit is kinda of dated. It could have had salt,pepper, sugar, creamer. Barely enough dish soap, 2 pods for the dishwasher was not enough. One burner on the stove was broke and the couch/sofa bed was broke though we did not need it for sleeping.

there really is a lot of value in this property compared to other local options. you get a full condo and the property provides dishes, dishwasher soap, towels, etc. so the unit is turn key for your vacation.

this specific unit was very dirty and required some maintenance. we stayed in a different unit through the same agency in the same building a few months ago that was much cleaner and in better shape.
