This was a wonderful property for us as we were dropping our daughter off at Penn State for her freshman year. The house was lovely and homey, and we appreciated the many uplifting quotes and decorations!

Very close to campus. The house is very clean with everything you could ever want. We loved our stay in state college!

We all loved this large beautiful home. The host provided many towels, sheets, blankets and beds to accommodate our family of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The kitchen was stocked with many pots, pans, cooking and baki g utensils plus more. The host responded immediately to any of my questions.

A group of us stayed for a long weekend during the U. S. Olympic Wrestling Trials at the BJC. Everything was excellent and just as the listing stated. The house is roomy, clean, and has comfortable sleeping arrangements. Tiffany was great to work with and was always just a message away.

Tiffany is a fabulous host and is a great communicator. We were repeat guests from last year and she remembered us! There was a cute hand towel specially made with a basketball waiting in the kitchen for us - she knew we were in town for a tournament. We had plenty of room for our family and another family sharing the house with us. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. It felt like home! We will be back again anytime we need to stay in the State College area

Four families stayed here for a weekend football game. The location was amazing. 2 miles from the stadium. The house looks exactly as listed. Plenty of room & owner was a delight to work with.

Great house for large group....plent of space...we had 14 guests and we never felt cramped. Great location for any event in State College....especially football games...every type of business you need is within 3 miles or less of this location and the staduim is 2 miles away. Quiet neighborhood as well.

We loved our stay! It perfectly accommodated our very large family. Check in and check out was simple. The driveway fit all 6 of our cars easily. It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, but still close to PSU. All 4 bathrooms are full bathrooms which was a nice perk! We had a lot of kids with us, and they all enjoyed the games in the basement! This house is perfect for families. The host was also great and very communicative and kind. We will definitely be making this our go-to place to stay for our annual family Penn State trip.

The property is located within minutes of all that State College/Happy Valley has to offer. Our group was in town for an Ironman triathlon and the proximity to the event was only 2 miles away at Beaver Stadium. The property is well maintained, comfortable and clean. Tiffany really knows how to make your group feel welcomed and goes above and beyond with the everday essentials. She is also very easy to reach and work with during the rental process. To add to this glowing review there were even plenty of toys for the kids and a pack n' play. This made our pre-trip packing easy. I would higly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a spacious, clean and friendly home away from home.

Awesome property and owners. My extended family had a wonderful stay for a meet, the property was so welcoming and felt just being like being at home. Very close to campus, in a quiet and safe area. Very clean and has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay.

The house had all of the amenities needed for an awesome weekend with little preparation. They had extra paper towels, toilet paper, and the house was generally really stocked so we didn't feel like we needed to run out for any of those items. For a quick weekend, this helped us get the most out of our stay. It was so convenient to get to campus, quiet and safe neighborhood. We had kids with us and the basement was key and entertained kids from 3-9 years old. We are already talking about staying here again next year. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place for us and another family to stay for a weekend bball tournament our children were playing in. It’s in a great location, very clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed hanging out in the lower level. Owner was very responsive and flexible. Would highly recommend and would stay here again

Met up with friends for the weekend. The house was very clean and inviting. We were delighted with the welcoming touches: the maps and local magazines and little snacks. Loved hanging out in the kitchen for breakfast and last night snacks. Perfect place to relax and reconnect with friends.

This property was beautiful and had all the supplies we needed including all kids of pots, pans, appliances, food seasonings, aluminum foil, toys for the children, anything you could think of, most not listed. We frequently rent homes as a family and have to bring so many items or buy things just to cook one meal, but they had everything. It was truly enjoyable. Tried to immediately book for another trip, so sad it was already booked for all the dates we wanted to visit!!

Outstanding Home
If we ever need a large home in State College again, we will look for this house! It was perfectly suited for our family and relatives. Plenty of space, very well stocked kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. The neighborhood is very pretty and easy to get to/from PSU and surrounding areas. Working with Tiffany was extremely easy - she was very responsive when we blew a fuse and couldn't find the fusebox! Definitely a house to keep as a "favorite"!

Special Olympics summer games mom's retreat
We traveled to Penn State for the summer games for Special Olympics and were looking for a place to accommodate a larger group of moms. This place was perfect! The house is beautiful and our host was so accommodating. We were able to have breakfast together, head over to the campus to cheer on the athletes and head back at the end of the day for dinner and coctails. We are very grateful to have been able to enjoy this experience together. Already looking forward to next year!!
