Quiet, private accommodation in a perfect location. Everything had been thought through. Excellent communication beforehand. After checking out the coffee-making facilities, a cafetiere and small amount of ground coffee was provided.

Nothing really! Very small point - it would have been nice to have had a wall clock to glance at - we had some appointments to keep while we were there. But that's a personal thing - most people probably don't want to be reminded of the time when on holiday!

Perfect location for us. 15 mins from airport. Very near Exeter and Exmouth and yet in a beautiful quiet rural setting. Very clean, well equipped kitchen with dining table. Very clean and cosy bedroom with bathroom ensuite. Very comfortable bed. Within walking distance of pubs, train station and country walking routes. The host had gone to a lot of trouble to provide detailed information and maps in frames on the wall. All so useful and professionally done. Definitely we would recommend this to anyone at any time of the year.

Fantastic location, view from the decked area was amazing, I would have been happy just sitting there all day, but the other half wouldn’t have been happy lol! Accommodation spotless, everything we needed.

Hot water in kitchen takes ages to come through and very low pressure, but that might be me getting impatient in my old age lol!

Great views, spacious living areas. Having use of bikes provided by the property was a real bonus!

Would have preferred a small section of the garden to be allocated to where the dogs could be let of the lead for a little while.

Excellent location to visit Exeter and the surrounding area. The property has all mod cons and is clean and tidy.

Spacious modern apartment with a nice view, very clean and comfortable, proper coffee, laminate floors, fantastic facilities, friendly owners, possibility to sit outside, heating that we can control.

Just a recommendation: would be nice to have winter and summer duvet. Although it was not warm when we stayed, and we kept a small window open, the covers were too thick for the season.

Loved the accommodation, very clean, lovely garden and outside seating. The bikes were an extra bonus as we were able to cycle to lovely villages nearby. Great local pub, park for children.

Location was perfect for exploring south Devon. The setting was lovely - views across countryside down the the River and a wealth of birdlife. Bed very comfortable, kitchen excellent particularly for providing those basics needed - condiments, oil/vinegar, tea sugar and bonus Nespresso capsules.

Lounge seating didn't suit me at all. I have a lower back problem and the sofas were too soft. However - that's me, and others will find it comfy. Everything else excellent.

Beautiful home from home accommodation. Plenty of room to relax on a wet day/evening, quiet village location. Great location with access to all major places/ routes.

Location was great for visiting family in Exmouth and the view from the Annex was lovely. Everything was clean which is important at the moment.

Could not work out how to operate the dishwasher!

Clean and safe, and with all the equipment needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. Friendly owners; welcoming but not intrusive. Rural views, invlufing of the Exe estuary. And an information centre about the property & area (electronic as well as paper), planned out with meticulous (military) precision.

Great location for visiting local attractions. Very clean and comfortable. Very covid aware. Loads of information provided for local area including walks, drives , food and dog friendly information.
